3 minutes' walk to Morito Beach. As a base of the Shonan resort area, this is a popular inn in Hayama.
"由於距離想去的地方非常近所以選擇了這家酒店，它的價格和東京的酒店有的一拼，但在其他方面卻不盡如人意。
首先是房間窗户的隔音令人不滿，深夜能很清楚地聽到樓下汽車來往的噪音。
我可以理解浴室的地面比房間地板要高出一些，但是相比我住過的其他酒店，葉山館的浴室地面也太高了，每次跨出浴室都要擔心身體平衡。
洗漱台的鏡面缺少加熱/除霧措施，浴缸則相比寬敞的房間顯得有些狹小。淋浴時浴簾會因為氣壓的關係往裡飄，狹窄的浴缸令我無處可躲。
室內的燈具很豐富，但是除了玄關的開關都集中在床頭，深夜入住的我摸黑找了半天才讓房間裏亮起來。
我很不滿意房間的床單式被套，它不能被固定在被子上，翻身不便，睡感很差。
第二天早上我在浴簾上發現了一衹蚊子。比起硬件上的缺陷，我認為這一點上應該是有改進空間的。
不過，淋浴花灑噴出的水霧是我用過最舒服的，值得一提。
房間很寬敞，有一個沙發和茶几，冰箱裏提供了一瓶礦泉水。據説樓頂有開放式空間，但是我沒有來得及體驗。從房間裏看不到海。
深夜至凌晨，酒店正門會上鎖，得用房間鑰匙從後門進出。房間裏準備了一盞提燈，很適合夜間外出照明。
前台熱心地借給了我指甲鉗，非常感謝。"

(Such as hot springs with beautiful views of Tokyo Bay) and public baths that can be accessed by car).☆ The car park is a little far away.（1mins from accomodation).Space☆ Facility Features① Cheaper than being with a lot of people. (that can accommodate a maximum of 9 people)② We have living facilities so you can stay longer.Kitchen (stove/sink)Cooking equipment (pots, pans, kitchen knives, etc.)Microwave oven, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, medium refrigeratorWashing machine/dryer (slightly different depending on facilities)Shampoo / wash / body soap③ There is a living/dining room where guests can gather.④ Wi-Fi / TV (JCOM)⑤ There is one free parking lot.⑥ Animal families can be togetherFor customers traveling with pets, please comply with the following. ・Pets are allowed up to the size of a small dog. ・Please do not put your pet on the futon. ・Please put it in the gauge at night.
