"It is good to see staff members from 2016. The location is considered very good as it is close to the museum and shopping mall with many nice shops and a supermarket. It is appreciated they have coffee and some simple breakfast to jumpstart your day.
Most of the staff members are very kind and professional. Especially the cute tall young lady in the morning, the very professional and warm foreign lady, and the tall handsome young man who is exceptionally professional and helpful.
Generally the staff is wonderful EXCEPT that lady from Sendai. She shouldn't work at a front desk of a hotel. The front desk is across from the door, only 30 centimeters from guests but she won't even bow her head. I noticed she was cold and unfriendly to an older Japanese guest,too. It is disrespectful"

"For the upside, I love the hotel's close proximity to the monorail station and restaurants. Having a Lawson konbini right there at the property was a bonus; if I wanted a snack or drink, all I had to do was take the elevator down and that's it. Another upside is its ideal for solo travelers with the right amount of space for one person. With that last part said, the two downsides are the loft setting and bed. I wasn't crazy about the bed being in the upper loft, so having to go up and down the stair was a little troublesome. The bed itself wasn't entirely comfortable either, as I constantly woke up with aches. I saw another room in which the bed was at ground level while the desk and chair were above. If I had a room like that, I most likely would've handle the bed better.
Overall, there were more pros to make up for the room's layout. I understand that this layout is common in Japan, it requires getting used to it, but it's not for everyone. I would recommend for maybe a night or two rather than a week-long stay."

Since it's a shared room type, the comfortability of your stay largely depends on other guests. But in my case, I found no trouble with other guests. The shared facilities were good. I'd definitely stay again on my next trip to in-town Okinawa!"

"The hotel owns an excellent location as it sits right next to Akamine light rail station. The interior is a bit old but of good hygiene. The front desk staff was friendly and he walked me to the underground car park which was located outside the street. "For my trip to Okinawa I stayed here for 3 nights. The gentle men at check in was really nice and we switched to English as best he could to help me out which was very nice. The room was good and bathroom as well. It's all you need for your stay. I booked it with breakfast included, which it was, you just have to think about it that this hotel only serves riceballs, miso out of a package and a coffee machihne for breakfast that is it. However there is a 7 eleven down the street where I got my breakfast from which is fine. While there it's a good idea to take a day ticket for the mono rail and just travel that way. I enjoyed it and got to Shuri castle and to a Urasoe Castle which I really enjoyed and it's beautiful. I would definately recommend as it's clean, easy for transport and I enjoyed my stay for sure."

"Great location, inside Makishi Public Market. Walking distance to Kokusai street. Parking available with charges. The cabin room was clean with clean towels everyday. Toothbrush provided at the counter. Got water and ice dispenser. Check in time only available at 4pm. Then the reception counter closed at night. Downside for this place was the men shower room not available. Only can take shower at men public bath at 6ht floor, that closed at 10am till 4pm and 12 midnight till 6pm. Other than that, the men have no plave to take shower. Women shower room is available but the space was too narrow. Not gonna stay there anymore. Not a good choice."

FFoufousThey send you instead for self-check in which is fine. But when you face issues with your stay then there’s no one you can directly talk to, someone from the dorm took the bed fhat was assigned to me by mistake so I just took another bed instead but the bedsheets had hair on them. I think they need to check their washing machine because the sheets seemed clean and washed so maybe the machine just needs maintenance. It’s good for budget stays with free washing machine to use, kitchen and water dispenser.

You can walk to Prefectural office and down to Kokusai Dori shopping street for around 26 mins.
Everything look exactly like pictures shown in the website.
Check in early is available but it cost like 500 yen not sure if this is counted by how many hours early you wanna check in, i paid for 500yen to check in early.
The women's floor have CCTV even in the bedding area(corridor), so is safe.
At the women's floor, there's toilet & changing room/powder room, no shower room. If you want to take shower, you need to go down second floor where the onsen located. Inside will have a shower room.
Overall stay is good, clean and affordable. Recommended for solo travelers.

Always had time to listen and support, goes above and beyond cleaning everyday and changing the sheets daily too. Makes a great dinner of wonderful delights of new things to try - you only need to ask! I truly enjoyed my time there, got to practice my Japanese and learn more about the culture. - location is good, not much going on around it. Oh! Very close to the Fukushuen Garden - that was a plus. About 20 mins minimum from station and everything else. Though Master offers you a bike if you want one. It's a home, so not much in the way of amenities.

AAnonym användare寝るだけのお宿なら必要十分です。ホテルというよりは、マンスリーマンションみたいなお部屋でした。お部屋に洗濯機、乾燥機があったのは便利でした。私はあまり使わなかったですが、広いキッチンがついているので、長期滞在する方にはいいかもしれないです。立地はノレールの駅からは少し歩くので4にしました。

MMaria Clara YukazakiThe hotel was not hard to find and the room was not too bad for two people but i must say the shower room was too small and the sink. Also if u plan to stay long I recommend to go to a Dollar Store or 100yen shop because they dont have other amenities like spoon, fork, plates, scissors etc. they have coffee maker but the coffee you have to buy it at the lounge it cost 200¥. What i liked is that they have 2 washing machines and dryers and they come up with Detergent soap and Fabric conditioner. Also if you guys are renting a car the hotel provides a parking but for 1,500¥ per night. We did not avail it though we used the Times parking which was 550¥ for 12hrs and me and my partner did a lot of traveling so it was worth the price of the parking. The rooftop we did not try because it was closed when we went. There were staffs were so nice tho. Thank you!

AArkN ChenHotellet ligger precis intill Sekirei Station. Självkörande resenärer har också en privat parkeringsplats. Hotellet är som ett litet lägenhetskoncept. Disken ligger på andra våningen. Efter att ha checkat in kan du välja vad du behöver i rummet (tandborste, kam, rakkniv... etc.). ! Balkongen kan se solnedgången och monorailen mittemot. De enda mindre nackdelarna är bullret från bilar på grund av att de ligger vid sidan av vägen och den dåliga ljudisoleringen. Allt annat är ganska bra en taxi till flygplatsen.
