"Excellent location, right at the station. Check in 16h00. No wifi offered. Hotel access via public restaurant - feels weird to walk between diners to go out / return.
Lockers far too narrow even for airline carry-on. Bathroom is clean, shower has small dry area, and water pressure varies. Capsules are spacious with power socket, lights, shelf, etc.
The mattress is a few cm thick piece of soft foam and is so worn that it feels like a slab of concrete wrapped in a sheet. Very uncomfortable! And I am 77kg, not overweight. The pillow is a bag filled with what feels like gravel stones.
Breakfast comprises one hot / cold drink, a small pile of lettuce leaves with dressing, a thick slab of white bread that is scored about half way deep into a small chessboard and very lightly toasted, and a thimble-size serving of sweet fruit yoghurt.
They do offer to hold luggage until 16h00 after check-out, and collecting it is easy and fast."

"Inase is a really amazing and beautiful place. If you're looking for peace after spending time in Kyoto or other big cities, it's the best place to get a rest. Staff is very polite and friendly, breakfast is delicious, and the garden inside is beautiful.
We had some troubles with the luggage, but they helped us to deal with it, so grateful for that.
This place is 10/10. Don't hesitate and just book it."

"Location was great, next to the lake. Owners were nice.
Place was ok to stay considering the price.
The biggest issue is that wall are super thin and if you a light sleeper like me - you might have a problem :)"

"比叡坂本の観光のため宿泊しました。
大阪在住なので琵琶湖は割と見慣れているのですが、やはり湖畔に立ってみるとその素晴らしさが実感できますね。
夜は対岸の街（草津とか？）の夜景が美しかったです。
建物はかなり年季が入っていますが、部屋は超清潔！
浴室のイスや洗面器はツルツル、トイレットフォルダーはピカピカ、ドライヤーのコードは寸分の狂いもなくきっちりきれいに巻かれ、ベッドの寝具もほんと気持ちいいものでした。
清潔度に関していえば星５つじゃ全然足りない。ここまで完璧に整えられた部屋は久しぶりに見ました。宿へのアクセスは、JR唐崎駅から徒歩orTaxi利用の他、大津駅からバスでアクセスも可能です。
本数は少ないですが、最寄りのバス停（石川町）から徒歩３分で到着できます。"

GGästanvändare今回は6名で泊まりました。大きな家ではありませんが十分な部屋数と、何よりも清潔感があってありがたかったです。隅々まで掃除が行き届いていて、安心して利用できました。当日までにオーナーには連絡してわからない点をお聞きできました。とても親切に対応くださり感謝いたします。ありがとうございました。※Uber eats利用もでき、近くにLAWSONがありました。最寄り駅には大きなスーパーとスタバもあります。

気気分屋笑和ビジネスでの利用でしたが、大衆浴場が付いているとの事だったので、仕事上がりにゆっくり風呂に入りたいと思い、予約しました。
これが思っていた以上に快適な空間で、サウナもあるし、露天もあって、その施設内での食事も美味しかったです。
朝食も簡単ですが、付いていましたし、十分くつろぐことが出来ました。
今度機械があればまた是非利用したいと思います。

GGästanvändareOk. First of all leave your expectations at home expecting hotel level service. Once you've done that if you want a cheap but clean place to stay this is it. This is a seinenkan - a facility for youth and youth-related organizations to conduct independent study and recreational activities, many of which have basic accommodation facilities but higher grade facilities than youth hostels. They are located all over Japan. I stayed in a tatami mat room on a floor with shared toilet facilities. The ground floor has a large communal bath - obviously separate for male and females. They have lights out at 11 p.m. and guests must return by the same time. There is a very modern cafe onsite serving cheap breakfasts (see photos) but the cafe closes by 6 p.m. There is a convenience store 10 minutes walk away so I suggest you buy snacks and beverages en route from JR Ishiyama station. For dinner, there is a family restaurant - good value and okay food - about 6 minutes walk away.
The seinenkan is located on a small island by a historic bridge. The views of the river inlet flowing into the main Lake Biwa is relaxing, lots of bird wildlife, and lots of rowers (the seinenkan is a water sports facility too). and the sunrise and sunset views are lovely.
The staff are very kind. It cost me ¥5,500 for one night and I will stay there again if I have the opportunity.
