"The room was great and very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again. My only complaint is the showers. There are 3 places to shower but they are all together in one giant wet room. I'm not really OK with sharing the actual shower with complete strangers maybe a shower curtain could be hung around each for privacy. It's located on the 5th floor of a market so when your GPS says you have arrived and you see womens clothes you're in the right place look for the elevator behind the escalator and go to 5"

"Small room but good access anywhere in the city, Nearby convenience store, Indian, Chinese and Koriqn restaurant located 10 Minutes walkable distance to Shinjuku area."

"The location is the main draw, for it is near many stations on different lines, and is easy to get to. (About 4 min walk from nearest station). A plus if you enjoy specialty coffee and bar. Facilities are clean and rooms are relatively big for Tokyo! Toilets are clean and well maintained."

"I wrote a longer review of this place that covers the basics. After I ended a business trip I decided to stay on in Tokyo so just rebooked at this spot on the app. It seems like the staff here run bookings mostly with a hand written ledger --- when I mentioned to them I was staying longer they just made a note of it and then left me a message when it was confirmed, very chill. Overall the staff at this place were pretty great. I was there for two weeks and in the time I was there I saw maybe like ten different people working there. As an English speaker, sometimes there was a language barrier, but it was never really a problem, and there is clear signage about all of the most important policies all over the place in English, Korean, and Chinese. It was always a friendly experience, most of the ppl working there were older with a kind of caring auntie vibe, so that was fun. At one point I asked to move bunks because a guy on my floor was super sick, and they arranged it with no hassle or fuss, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place for the staff."

"✨ A Hidden Gem in Ikebukero This place is a rare find in a great location. Depending on which metro line you take, it’s about a 10–15 min walk from the station (C1 exit). The street is quite narrow, so large vehicles can’t enter. If you’re taking a taxi or shuttle, you’ll need to get dropped off nearby. The reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early, and they allowed us to store our luggage safely—plenty of space provided. The accommodation runs on an AirBnB-style concept, with shared kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas. A washing machine is available for free use, and the dryer costs only 100 yen for 30 minutes. We booked a triple-sharing ensuite room with 3 futons, strong air-conditioning, and enough space to open our luggage comfortably. It’s cosy but perfect for three guests. Since it’s a shared-style accommodation, guests are encouraged to keep quiet and respect others. Overall, it’s simple, clean, and comfortable—great value if you’re looking for a home-like stay in the heart of Ikebukero."

"Hotellet är inte dåligt i allmänhet, men: vi placerades på fjärde våningen, och det finns ingen hiss. Som ett resultat släpade vi tunga resväskor uppför trapporna själva. Rummet är väldigt litet, man kan inte vända sig, särskilt med 2 resväskor. Det finns ingen städning, man tar ut soporna själv. Det finns en tvättstuga nere... Det är lite längre från tunnelbanan än vad som anges. 15-20 minuter. Det finns butiker och kaféer längs vägen från tunnelbanan."

"Bra placerat och rent i allmänhet, utom för dig, men jag tror att det måste vara svårt att hålla sig rena med antalet människor.Det finns inte tillräckligt med toaletter för alla människor.Badrum är rena, väl utsedda och luftiga. Bäddarna är rena och bekväma. Negativt: alla lådor ligger i ett rum, det finns mycket trafik i ett rum och vissa gäster låter sig tala högt medan andra sover.Kanske känner de att det inte spelar någon roll eftersom det inte är deras rum."

"The price was very reasonable, even though I booked close to my travel date. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which is impressive since the hotel is at a junction. Although it’s not a new hotel, it’s very well maintained and spotless. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops. I accidentally left behind a flush item after check-out, and the staff were very kind and responsive. They replied to my email promptly and helped post it back to me at my own expense. Really appreciate their honesty and helpful service. Highly recommended for a pleasant and affordable stay in Tokyo!"
