"사장님과 직원분들이 정말 친절했던 숙소였습니다.
유후인 버스터미널에서 내려서 숙소까지 걸어서 약 18분 정도 걸렸어요. 길 대부분은 평지라 걷기 어렵지는 않았지만 숙소에 가까워질수록 마지막 구간에 비포장도로가 있어서 캐리어를 끌고 갈 때 소리가 조금 크게 나는 편이었습니다.
숙소는 전체적으로 정갈하고 아늑한 분위기였고 내부에 골동품샵과 빈티지 의류를 판매하는 공간이 함께 있어 구경하는 재미도 있었어요.
차를 마실 수 있는 프리 공간과 간단히 식사를 할 수 있는 공용 공간도 마련되어 있어서 여유롭게 머물기 좋았습니다. (웰컴티와 인절미같은 일본 전통 떡을 주셨습니다.)
온천은 한 공간에 2개가 있는데 저녁 시간에는 약 45분씩 프라이빗 온천으로 이용할 수 있고 아침 시간에만 남녀 구분된 공용 온천으로 운영됩니다.
프라이빗 온천을 이용할 수 있어서 더 편하고 좋았어요.
객실은 정말 깨끗하고 정갈했고 일본식 목조건축 특유의 나무 향도 너무 좋았습니다.
사진보다 실제 공간이 더 예쁘게 느껴졌어요.
체크아웃 후 짐은 유후인역 바로 옆 투어리즘 인포메이션 센터에서 맡길 수 있고 짐 개수에 따라 요금이 달라집니다.
캐리어 하나 맡기는 데 약 800엔 정도 들었어요.
숙소에서 킨린 호수까지 도보로 약 10분 정도라 아침 산책하기에 정말 좋습니다.
점심 시간이 가까워지면 관광객이 많이 몰리니 가능하다면 아침 8~9시쯤 방문하는 걸 추천해요.
겨울 아침에는 물안개가 피어 있고 호수로 가는 길에 작은 절과 숲이 있어서 조용하고 신비로운 분위기가 느껴졌습니다.
어딘가 지브리 영화 센과 치히로 초반 터널 장면을 떠올리게 하는 음산하면서도 아름다운 분위기가 인상 깊었어요.
전반적으로 조용하고 따뜻한 분위기의 숙소라 유후인에서 여유롭게 머물고 싶은 분들께 추천하고 싶습니다."

"The service they provide is up and beyond. I love how this whole place is set up in such a way for people to mingle. I wish I could have stayed longer and chat with the people. Unfortunately I think it was off peak season so there weren't many people. The owner is generous and friendly, people that stays there are good natured people. The owners sang country road to everyone that leaves in the morning, very heart warming and eye teary especially when I met a wonderful old couple from kagoshima during the wonderfully made breakfast. The common area, which is the dining area, has a scenic view of outside, and the main city that lights up a little at night and beautifully decorated interior. It feels like home. I also enjoyed the indoor onsen too. My favourite bit was the classical music playing in the background, and how accessible it is, like a backyard. If you stay here, return the deed by being good guests."

"Super clean property. Wheels of our luggage gets a wipe down and we need to change to slippers before entering the property. No outside shoes into the property. The host and owners are a lovely and super friendly couple. Two onsen pools in the inn where the host will schedule for guests to enjoy privately. Within 10 minutes walk to Kinrin lake and a short walk to Yufuin Floral Village. Will definitely consider staying here again next time."

"服務：老闆的服務絕對滿分，語言交流順暢，而且車接車送。因為酒店距離中心有15分鐘步行距離，因此拖家帶口，有接送很方便。因為擔心吃飯餐廳緊張，老闆也很熱心提供了預約餐廳服務，異國他鄉很感動。
環境：旅館佈置很漂亮，也很乾凈，客廳旁邊有簡單的廚房，有一晚選擇在本地超市採購，老闆提供餐具鍋碗瓢盆和調料。因此新增了本地人做飯吃的體驗。
雖然是傳統日式木質結構的門，晚上睡覺還是很安靜的。
設施：温泉有2個，每個家庭分時段使用。每天換水。
本來以為公共浴室不方便，其實很方便，很整潔。
第一次寫這麼多的評價，也是第一次定民宿，很感謝老闆為我們一家提供好的服務，老闆是日本人，也通過他了解了很多日本文化。由布院之旅很完美。"

"The tatami room was clean and spacious. Walls are a bit thin. I could actually hear sound from next door or people walking around the hallway. The futon mattress was quite thin and the pillow too hard for me. Also, I found that the filters of humidifier were so dirty that I washed them myself.
Toilets are shared by all guests but only one is for female (two for male). When I brushed my teeth and washed my face, I had to let the water run for a long time before hot water came out.
¥150 of hot spring tax was collected upon check-in, of which I was not informed in advance."

"여기는 호텔에 연락하면 픽업서비스가 있습니다
전 버스투어관광후 킨린호수근처에서 내렸는데 도보 40분이라서 평지면 갈만하지 싶었는데 도보길없는 차도였습니다 전 지옥을 경험했죠...
숙소도착후 사장님을 뵜는데 연륜이 있는 할아버님이셨는데 제가 일본어가 서투니 어플을 먼저 여시고 설명을 해주셨습니다. 다른 호텔들이랑은 다르게 좋았습니다.
근처에 식사나 마트를 가려면 사장님께 픽업서비스을 부탁드리면 되며, 마트까지 데려다주시고 장 다 볼때까지 기다려주십니다.
아침에는 유후인특급기타가 9시라서 아침도 요청하니 원하는 시간에 데려다 주셨습니다.
숙소는 2명이상은 숙박할 만큼의 방넓이였습니다.
그리고 대망의 개인온천. 매우매우 만족했습니다!
전 도착후 한번, 저녁에 혼술하기전에 한번 총 두번을 즐겼는데요,
아침에 시간만 있었다면 아침도 했을거에요.
사장님께 다음에 또 유후인을 오게 된다면 다시 쉬러오겠다고 인사하고 헤어졌네요^^
유후인은 온천과 휴식하러 오는 만큼 숙소에서 힐링을 충분히 하고싶다면 또는 지난 일정에서 몸을 많이 혹사시켰다면 여기를 추천드립니다!"

If u wish to stay at Yufuin, this place is a good choice with the amount of money they charge for a night as the price of the hotel in Yufuin if relatively more expensive than Beppu. The room is abit dark, during my stay one of the lights is not functioning, but I still think it worth the price and I decided to extend another night here after I checked in."

We got the Japanese style room which was lovey, livable and clean. The uncle is very kind and warm. He tried to speak English to you by Google translate. The price was affordable and rational, cheaper than other hotels."

The staff members were all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel overall was very cozy, particularly the onsens. Although all the four onsens were opened for all guests at the hotel, you can use one of them as long as you want because guests are instructed to hang a sign on the onsen to show that it is currently occupied. This is a great way for the guests to enjoy privacy to themselves, although it is opened publicly. Dinner and breakfast was included in the package so we did not have to worry about finding nearby restaurants. The food was delicious here! Would definitely recommend if you enjoy traditional Japanese meals to get the full experience. We had a private barbecue for dinner, and it was truly immaculate! However, there was smoke all over the hotel lobby coming from the barbecue so it would have been better if they kept the windows opened. It was also indoors so it was slightly overwhelming with all the smoke everywhere in the restaurant. But everything else was on point and breakfast was particularly delicious.

유후인역에서 조금 떨어진 유노히라역에 위치한 료칸입니다.
한적하고 시골마을이라 저는 유후인역 근처 료칸보다 평화롭고 조용하고 더 좋았습니다.
사장님도 너무 친절하시고 특히 저녁, 아침식사가 너무 맛있고 훌륭했습니다.
빨간기차를 타고 유노히라역으로 이동하는 과정도 새롭고 재밌었습니다.
온천도 두가지 모두 다 만족스러웠구요. 다음에 또 방문하려고 합니다. 덕분에 행복한 시간 보냈습니다.

I was travelling with my elderly mum and we were not driving. The property is like a private house, very good location along the main street. There were restaurants and onsen just beside the property. It was very well equipped with kitchenware and the bathroom got bath tub and also standing shower. Very clean and well maintained.

후기에서 본것과 같이 할머니댁에 온거같이 따스하게 맞이해주셨고 할머니 넘 귀여우세요ㅎㅎ
담엔 추울때 말고 나뭇잎이 많을때 가면 더 예쁠거같아요
무엇보다 식사가 너무 맛낫었는데ㅎㅎ
밥이 정말 맛있었어요~
단점은 방안에 화장실이 없어요 세면대도요
복도에 세면대가 있고~~ 화장실도 복도에~ 우리만 쓰는전용~

The hotel was quite unique and very pleasant. The Japanese-style rooms were large, very clean, comfortable, warm, and quiet, with a delightful fragrance. The onsen (hot spring) was a bit old, but conveniently located downstairs from the rooms, giving a homey feel. The hotel connects to a charming shopping area, allowing guests to pass through even when it's closed at night.
Aspects for improvement: If driving, the hotel parking lot was difficult to find based on the address; the GPS led to incorrect and difficult-to-drive roads, forcing me to use another parking lot. The hotel's back door was also difficult to close at night; hopefully, this can be repaired.

我們從別府乘坐36號車到由布院車站，打車到酒店1400日元，其實應該提前2個車站下車步行會比較近。酒店附近沒有便利店，所以零食汽水最好在別府買好，或者在由布院買好。店主是一位很熱情的阿姨，哪怕不會很多英語都很積極跟我們溝通，阿姨準備的食物很新鮮，很美味。因為下雪温泉眼被雪結冰了。阿姨付了我們一家人5000日元到附近的温泉浸泡。房間打開窗户可以看到山景，如果是夏天或者1月的冬天的晴天，肯定更美了。房間暖氣熱水都很足夠。酒店旁邊的停車場成為孩子玩雪的天堂，積雪雖然不多，但對於南方的孩子值了。

주인할머니가 매우 친절하시고 방도 깨끗하고 좋아여 단점이라고 하면 화장실이 방 밖에 있다는건데 전 오히려 좋았어요! 일본 할머니댁에 놀러온 기분이고 아침 조식도 정갈하고 정성스럽게 차려주시는데 맛있어요! 버스 정류장에서도 유후인역에서도 그리 멀지 않아요
