Hitta 2-stjärniga hotell i Phnom Penh

J’ai adoré cet hôtel! La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le couple qui s’occupe de l’hôtel est très gentil et le mari parle français. La nourriture est très bonne. Juste à côté de l’aéroport.

Nice and clean hotel. Looks exactly like the picture. Comfortable bed and very good quality mini fridge. There is no room service which means room does not get cleaned, only one roll of toilet paper was given. The water pressure in the shower is weak, could be better if there was pressure. It is a bit far out from the city center so that’s something to consider, taxi/tuktuk will be a bit pricey but it’s nice and quiet compared to the city center.

Room is quite big and location is in quiet place but only a short trip from main attraction or bar streets. However, it's really old, everything is run down, refrigerator had awful smell and will be turned off when you're away, and didn't have safety deposit box. Also, there is no room service and towels never changed despite me hanging the sign for making up room. There is billiards on first floor but it requires 2 dollars to play, and is usually occupied by local sketchy dudes. Not so bad, but not not great place either.

위치는 정말 좋은 곳에 있어요. 주변이 깨끗하고 필요한 식료품점과 고급식당, 카페들이 가까이 있네요! 몰도 바로 옆에 이ㅛ어요. 레지던스 스타일이어서 음식을 해 먹을 수 있어 장점인데, 때문에 청소서비스와 처음 외의 수건 등에 대해서는 따로 요금을 지불해야 하네요!

I expect to have a little more accuracy in line of communication. Where booking and checking time management more better. I had to wait 45 mins before the key arrive. The room is quite dusty and no extra water and drawer quite full of left over mess from different toiletory hotel stuff. I check with online response, about the cooking stove that's broken and not able to be used, and there is no more response to my message. I am writing this review to reflect on my experience here. As a houses owner and traveling all the time, I've always return to different places to experience different hospitality to make mine better. I am sad as this time I can't enjoy the stay as much as I used to in the same building that run by other. I hope Soben group will rearrange the property management to be little extra care. Thanks

Hotel look very beautiful. Good housekeeping & enjoyable place

The hotel is located in a small alley near the palace. Easy to access to convenience stores or a night market. Each floor has a shared dining space and a kitchen, and you can access to your private room with a bathroom through there. I didn’t have anyone else during my stay so i could have a whole floor just for me. The bed is large and comfy, and the bathroom is clean. The reception is in another building across the alley, so you have to fo down there if you need help. Also, there’s no lift in the building so you have to carry your baggage (in my case) up to 5th floor.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
