This guest house is in a private house without any sign s on the street so go to the exact location and address. Small room with 6+ beds that are not very sturdy. You have 2 restrooms with shower, one of them is very small. Has a small living room and a kitchen. Beds were fairly clean.

On arrival day, our flight into ICN airport was delayed. After we landed at around 23:00, I called the phone number in the listing to notify the host that we will be arriving late. The host picked up the phone right away, and although the phone signal was bad and there was a little bit of communication issue with English, eventually we got the message through. We ended up in a long line at immigration clearance, and after the taxi ride, we arrived at the property after 00:30. When we got there, the host was outside waiting for us, quickly checked my passport and then helped us get our 3 suitcases, 4 backpacks, and a stroller into our unit. We stayed one night and checked out the next day. As we were leaving at 11:00 (check-out time), the staff were already cleaning the other rooms and the common area. On our way out, the host asked us where we were going, and then gave us a ride to Unseo subway station for free. I have never experienced a more hospitable host than DreamTrip Guesthouse. The service was beyond awesome. Keep in mind that the property is more akin to a private dormitory with private restroom and shower, and a communal kitchen and dining area. The room is fairly small, with the beds taking us most of the space, but it is enough for a night of sleep. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use any of the communal facilities. Also, as we found other while leaving, the host seemed to be much more fluent in Mandarin than English. It would be helpful if languages spoken were advertised in this listing.

第一次預訂一間找不到多少評價的酒店，住宿體驗還是挺不錯的。 交通：T1客運大樓搭免費穿梭巴一個站就到了，酒店離公交站非常近，巴士班次也密集，很容易等到車。注意，穿梭巴士去酒店下車站和回客運大樓的上車站是不一樣的，按照酒店提供的指引搭乘即可。走錯車站了其實也能最終去到客運大樓，因為是環線，衹不過需要多花不少時間繞路 入住：酒店沒前台，甚至沒有招牌以及一些長得像酒店的東西，整棟樓看上去就是學校宿舍一樣，酒店也衹是租了其中的幾套房開的，靠酒店提供的密碼直接開門入住。 環境設施：房間很大，挺乾淨，設備齊全，wifi冰箱電視機微波爐洗衣機電吹風熱水壺牙膏牙刷毛巾清洗用品全都有，還有一個大排插，中國的電插頭不用轉換直接用，太方便了。洗手盆淋浴器的水量也很充足，水閥開一半就完全夠用了。樓下有便利店和一些餐廳，如果不感興趣的搭穿梭巴回客運大樓吃也不錯。

女一人旅で使用しました。 普通のホテルに見えますがラブホです。 夜道は明るくて飲み屋も多くて賑やかですが ラブホ街にあります。シャワーを浴びてる時にブレーカーが落ちて停電しました。すぐにフロントからそちらに伺いますねと連絡がありました。フロントが男性だった事、消えて2分後に電話がかかってきた事、私のシャワーのタイミングも相まって わざと電気を消されたのかと錯覚する程でした。結果、フロントは部屋に入ることなく電気はすぐに復旧しましたが、女一人は不安を覚えました。よく部屋を見てみるとドアチェーンなどもなく外開きの扉だったので ドアをロックする方法もなく不安でした 丁寧で綺麗ではありますが女一人はおすすめ出来ないホテルです。

We booked a spacious room with three beds, which was a pleasant surprise compared to our previous stays in Seoul. The extra space made our stay very comfortable, and the guesthouse provided clear and detailed instructions via email. This made it simple to locate the property from the airport and access our room using the key entry system, saving us a lot of stress upon arrival. Another highlight was the location—there were plenty of restaurant options nearby, so meals were never a problem. Getting to the guesthouse was straightforward. You can take the free shuttle bus at Terminal 1, 3rd Floor, Gate 12. The shuttle is punctual and does not wait, so be sure to arrive on time. After getting off at the first stop, you’ll see the JR World Gate building on the right; just walk straight ahead to reach the guesthouse. For our early morning flight at 7:00 AM, we caught the first bus from the stop across the street. Walk about 100 meters to the right, and you’ll find the bus stop with the schedule posted. The first bus departs at 04:59, and true to Japanese efficiency, it arrived exactly on time. Overall, the combination of spacious rooms, clear instructions, convenient transport, and nearby dining made this guesthouse an excellent choice. Highly recommended for both comfort and practicality!

Персонал очень милый, удобства есть все, но номера требуют косметического ремонта

The room is big and the bed is comfortable. Unfortunately, the drawer for amenities is empty. But they do provide big towel unlike other hotels only provide small towels. Location is perfect, just 4m walk to the metro, and plenty of eateries just next to the hotel.

In winter time this was not my choice. In summer time this will enjoy. Hotel was old. Room was clean. Ocean view was nice.

I had a nice time there. The room was clean and the couple running the motel were very friendly (even though they didn't speak English). The mattress on the bed was pretty hard (which I personally didn't mind but that might be a factor for some people). The sliding door to the private bathroom was very loud and creaky, but since I was travelling alone I just kept it open. And lastly, there was no proper window in my room but there was a window sized ”hole” that I could open or close if I wanted to, and it had layers of nets instead of glass.
