"The room is nice, it's Japan managed style. The bed is sooo comfy. The breakfast is KR style which is so so for me. Anyway. it's a very good choice of hotel if you're ok of being away from the city center. Even though it's far but the nearby are pack with hugee underground shopping mall, lotte mart, shopping street and many kind of restuarant. To aviod stairs after check out, i recommend you take elevator at the park that u have to cross the street and press B2 (as i remember).. You will arrive at the train entrance right away. It doesnt have exit number."

You can leave your baggage and they offer free shuttle service to airport, you just have to inform them ahead of time.

"Pros:
Very affordable price and an excellent location. AREX is a one-minute walk. Two stops to T1 and three stops to T2, very convenient for an overnight stay during an Incheon transit. The room provides various charging cables, which was extremely thoughtful and helpful, since we did not bring an adapter.
Cons:
The room did not look as great as in the photos, and the facilities felt quite basic. The hotel signage was not very visible; another hotel in the same building has a much larger sign. We initially thought we had gone to the wrong place and spent quite a while figuring out that the two hotels are in the same building."

On arrival day, our flight into ICN airport was delayed. After we landed at around 23:00, I called the phone number in the listing to notify the host that we will be arriving late. The host picked up the phone right away, and although the phone signal was bad and there was a little bit of communication issue with English, eventually we got the message through. We ended up in a long line at immigration clearance, and after the taxi ride, we arrived at the property after 00:30. When we got there, the host was outside waiting for us, quickly checked my passport and then helped us get our 3 suitcases, 4 backpacks, and a stroller into our unit.
We stayed one night and checked out the next day. As we were leaving at 11:00 (check-out time), the staff were already cleaning the other rooms and the common area. On our way out, the host asked us where we were going, and then gave us a ride to Unseo subway station for free.
I have never experienced a more hospitable host than DreamTrip Guesthouse. The service was beyond awesome.
Keep in mind that the property is more akin to a private dormitory with private restroom and shower, and a communal kitchen and dining area. The room is fairly small, with the beds taking us most of the space, but it is enough for a night of sleep. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use any of the communal facilities. Also, as we found other while leaving, the host seemed to be much more fluent in Mandarin than English. It would be helpful if languages spoken were advertised in this listing.

좀 비쌋고 수영장 시설은 soso 애들이 너무 많아서 앞뒤 신경안쓰는 애들덕에 이리저리 치였네요..
그거말고는 숙소안은 깔끔하고 좋았습니다
아 그리고 무인체크인이라 좀 헷갈리실수잇어요
1층 키오스크에서 체크인 하셔야합니다!

Kind of far off in the corner from the airport and is located uphill
Pros:
Room is waaay bigger than the photo
Reception was very accommodating; matched us with a room that worked well with our luggage
Reception also had taxi services they were willing to offer for those heading to the airport
Conclusion:

We stayed for an early morning flight. Departed from Seoul using a very comfortable limousine bus. Arriving arport T2 we used the free shuttle to the property. The owner was very detailed in giving instructions so that it was easy for us who were doing self check in for the first time. The furniture in the room was quite outdated, even the sink, stove and washing machine looked very old, we did not use them. Complete toiletries are provided, towels are also according to the number of people staying. There is a seven eleven on the 1st floor and several restaurants that are open until late at night. The bus stop to the airport is not too far, just cross over and the cherry blossoms around the property are really beautiful. Recommended for a short stay.

We booked a spacious room with three beds, which was a pleasant surprise compared to our previous stays in Seoul. The extra space made our stay very comfortable, and the guesthouse provided clear and detailed instructions via email. This made it simple to locate the property from the airport and access our room using the key entry system, saving us a lot of stress upon arrival. Another highlight was the location—there were plenty of restaurant options nearby, so meals were never a problem.
Getting to the guesthouse was straightforward. You can take the free shuttle bus at Terminal 1, 3rd Floor, Gate 12. The shuttle is punctual and does not wait, so be sure to arrive on time. After getting off at the first stop, you’ll see the JR World Gate building on the right; just walk straight ahead to reach the guesthouse.
For our early morning flight at 7:00 AM, we caught the first bus from the stop across the street. Walk about 100 meters to the right, and you’ll find the bus stop with the schedule posted. The first bus departs at 04:59, and true to Japanese efficiency, it arrived exactly on time.
Overall, the combination of spacious rooms, clear instructions, convenient transport, and nearby dining made this guesthouse an excellent choice. Highly recommended for both comfort and practicality!

女一人旅で使用しました。
普通のホテルに見えますがラブホです。
夜道は明るくて飲み屋も多くて賑やかですが ラブホ街にあります。シャワーを浴びてる時にブレーカーが落ちて停電しました。すぐにフロントからそちらに伺いますねと連絡がありました。フロントが男性だった事、消えて2分後に電話がかかってきた事、私のシャワーのタイミングも相まって わざと電気を消されたのかと錯覚する程でした。結果、フロントは部屋に入ることなく電気はすぐに復旧しましたが、女一人は不安を覚えました。よく部屋を見てみるとドアチェーンなどもなく外開きの扉だったので ドアをロックする方法もなく不安でした 丁寧で綺麗ではありますが女一人はおすすめ出来ないホテルです。

The room is big and the bed is comfortable. Unfortunately, the drawer for amenities is empty. But they do provide big towel unlike other hotels only provide small towels. Location is perfect, just 4m walk to the metro, and plenty of eateries just next to the hotel.

I had a nice time there. The room was clean and the couple running the motel were very friendly (even though they didn't speak English).
The mattress on the bed was pretty hard (which I personally didn't mind but that might be a factor for some people). The sliding door to the private bathroom was very loud and creaky, but since I was travelling alone I just kept it open. And lastly, there was no proper window in my room but there was a window sized ”hole” that I could open or close if I wanted to, and it had layers of nets instead of glass.
