"Really solid place to stay. I only stayed for one night, but it was great to get out of the cold and step in here. The space felt comfortable. Located directly below are a couple of restaurants and a 24 hour convenience store, which was excellent for me as a late evening traveler.
The amenities were great and as pictured in the listing.
The only thing I would say is difficult is the location. It is a little hard to initially find, even with the directions. But once you find the place, you'll find that it's a good place to travel easily from and enjoy other places in the area."

"200metre/5min. from Unseo station. Very accommodating host 🥰 Even my flight was arrived in the morning, you can drop the luggage then check-in at 3pm (or pay a little fee for early check-in). Overall the room is very clean. lots of amenities are provided."

The room was nice and clean. They gave me fresh towels and a bottle of water every day.
Also, I got to experience using a door password for the first time — that made me even more excited!! lol
If you use the “Kakao Map” app, it’s super helpful for catching buses to the station or airport. It can make your trip more budget-friendly and enjoyable!!

"The room is nice, it's Japan managed style. The bed is sooo comfy. The breakfast is KR style which is so so for me. Anyway. it's a very good choice of hotel if you're ok of being away from the city center. Even though it's far but the nearby are pack with hugee underground shopping mall, lotte mart, shopping street and many kind of restuarant. To aviod stairs after check out, i recommend you take elevator at the park that u have to cross the street and press B2 (as i remember).. You will arrive at the train entrance right away. It doesnt have exit number."

Temp was adequate. Toilet - bidet/ japanese toilet not working not plugged in. We could not find where to plug it. Blower and hair straightener included in the room.
You can leave your baggage and they offer free shuttle service to airport, you just have to inform them ahead of time.

TTheMachineOn arrival day, our flight into ICN airport was delayed. After we landed at around 23:00, I called the phone number in the listing to notify the host that we will be arriving late. The host picked up the phone right away, and although the phone signal was bad and there was a little bit of communication issue with English, eventually we got the message through. We ended up in a long line at immigration clearance, and after the taxi ride, we arrived at the property after 00:30. When we got there, the host was outside waiting for us, quickly checked my passport and then helped us get our 3 suitcases, 4 backpacks, and a stroller into our unit.
We stayed one night and checked out the next day. As we were leaving at 11:00 (check-out time), the staff were already cleaning the other rooms and the common area. On our way out, the host asked us where we were going, and then gave us a ride to Unseo subway station for free.
I have never experienced a more hospitable host than DreamTrip Guesthouse. The service was beyond awesome.
Keep in mind that the property is more akin to a private dormitory with private restroom and shower, and a communal kitchen and dining area. The room is fairly small, with the beds taking us most of the space, but it is enough for a night of sleep. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use any of the communal facilities. Also, as we found other while leaving, the host seemed to be much more fluent in Mandarin than English. It would be helpful if languages spoken were advertised in this listing.

普通のホテルに見えますがラブホです。
夜道は明るくて飲み屋も多くて賑やかですが ラブホ街にあります。シャワーを浴びてる時にブレーカーが落ちて停電しました。すぐにフロントからそちらに伺いますねと連絡がありました。フロントが男性だった事、消えて2分後に電話がかかってきた事、私のシャワーのタイミングも相まって わざと電気を消されたのかと錯覚する程でした。結果、フロントは部屋に入ることなく電気はすぐに復旧しましたが、女一人は不安を覚えました。よく部屋を見てみるとドアチェーンなどもなく外開きの扉だったので ドアをロックする方法もなく不安でした 丁寧で綺麗ではありますが女一人はおすすめ出来ないホテルです。

CChristinAdamWe stayed for an early morning flight. Departed from Seoul using a very comfortable limousine bus. Arriving arport T2 we used the free shuttle to the property. The owner was very detailed in giving instructions so that it was easy for us who were doing self check in for the first time. The furniture in the room was quite outdated, even the sink, stove and washing machine looked very old, we did not use them. Complete toiletries are provided, towels are also according to the number of people staying. There is a seven eleven on the 1st floor and several restaurants that are open until late at night. The bus stop to the airport is not too far, just cross over and the cherry blossoms around the property are really beautiful. Recommended for a short stay.

XxinwengolifeWe booked a spacious room with three beds, which was a pleasant surprise compared to our previous stays in Seoul. The extra space made our stay very comfortable, and the guesthouse provided clear and detailed instructions via email. This made it simple to locate the property from the airport and access our room using the key entry system, saving us a lot of stress upon arrival. Another highlight was the location—there were plenty of restaurant options nearby, so meals were never a problem.
Getting to the guesthouse was straightforward. You can take the free shuttle bus at Terminal 1, 3rd Floor, Gate 12. The shuttle is punctual and does not wait, so be sure to arrive on time. After getting off at the first stop, you’ll see the JR World Gate building on the right; just walk straight ahead to reach the guesthouse.
For our early morning flight at 7:00 AM, we caught the first bus from the stop across the street. Walk about 100 meters to the right, and you’ll find the bus stop with the schedule posted. The first bus departs at 04:59, and true to Japanese efficiency, it arrived exactly on time.
Overall, the combination of spacious rooms, clear instructions, convenient transport, and nearby dining made this guesthouse an excellent choice. Highly recommended for both comfort and practicality!

GGästanvändareI had a nice time there. The room was clean and the couple running the motel were very friendly (even though they didn't speak English).
The mattress on the bed was pretty hard (which I personally didn't mind but that might be a factor for some people). The sliding door to the private bathroom was very loud and creaky, but since I was travelling alone I just kept it open. And lastly, there was no proper window in my room but there was a window sized ”hole” that I could open or close if I wanted to, and it had layers of nets instead of glass.
