"This was a very comfortable stay! I was very silly and went to Mexico knowing I didn’t speak Spanish. But the people of Mexico are incredibly kind and helpful. The lady at the front desk used translate to help me understand. The people working here are very kind. The room is quite spacious and the WiFi is good. The location is pretty decent; 20 min walk to downtown Cancun and market places; coffee shops etc

"The hostel was good. Location was good too just opposite to the ADO bus station. The only problem was that the common area is open for limited hours. So if you are a digital nomad and need to attend meeting.. Then it is a problem. However, all the receptionists were good and friendly :)"

"Мне было очень комфортно в отеле, я останавливалась на 5 дней. Огромную помощь при заселении оказала Фернанда, очень профессиональная и дружелюбная девушка, делает все для гостей. Вообще, все сотрудники ресепшн очень любезны, спасибо им!
В номере есть все, кровью удобная, кондиционер работает отлично. Нужно иметь ввиду, что отель 2 звезды, в номера нет холодильника и цена и это нормально.
Расположен так, что вы легко дойдеье до торгового центра в городе и до пляжей в Zona Hotelera. Автобусная остановка расположена далеко, однако если вы остановитесь на светофоре прямо около выхода из отеля, автобус обязательно заберёт вас. До пляжа ехать 7-15 минут.
Надо знать, что одна из сторон здания отеля выходит на дорогу, где людям с чувствительным слухом, может быть шумно. Однако этот вопрос всегда можно решить с ресепшн, вторая сторона отеля очень тихая.
Преимущество городского отеля - в 200 метрах от отеля по направлению к торговому центру есть домашнее кафе, где до 16-30 вы можете очень вкусно поесть суп и основное блюдо за 150-190 песо😍"

We enjoyed our stay here! Our private room was spacious and as pictured. The hostel in general is beautiful, so much green, plants, open, beautiful pool and so on, such a little slice of paradise.
BUT… The bathroom STINKS though, like sewage or something. Even keeping the bathroom windows open all day doesn’t help. That was a let down. The kitchen also needs to be cleaned, there’s crusty dishes and silverware and ants scurrying across countertops. The kitchen would be great but it needs to be cleaned!
There’s tons of restaurants around, close to Mercado 23 and 28, only a 10 minute walk from the ADO station so a nice area to explore overall. They have trips I wish I would’ve taken advantage of, like $70 to see Tulum, Cobá and Playa de Carmen so definitely take advantage! There’s very few trips at that price to see all that.
Also I saw other travelers say there’s not much or a vibe here and feels a little ghostly and I agree. But I knew that going and and me and my sister were like great; we’ll have the place to ourselves and we kinda did 😄 we stayed for 3 days but wasn’t really a place to make friends or meet other travelers… ppl stayed to themselves to with their friends.

Las habitaciones muy bien, el servicio por parte del personal excepcional.
Detalles: Wifi se desconectaba muy seguido y en ocasiones no llegaba la suficiente a las habitaciones.
Olores extraños, pensábamos que era humedad pero cuando hicieron la limpieza nos percatamos de que era el aromatizante que utilizaban al trapear, recomiendo que cambien de aromatizante.

Its a great place in a great area w zero concern for crime. The apartment is great & within walking distance to food stores, starbucks, local food and the bank.
Not easily accessible, especially when it rains & floods.
Nice few days, v comfortable bed, two couches, full kitchen, brand new fridge -- has everything you need to cook for a Family.
Highly recommended for a true local and great experience.
