Air-conditioning excellent, shower hot water tip top. There's one Cowa water dispenser on ground floor n three units on first floor. No face/hand towel, bath towels are old n yellowish. There are vending machines at the lobby which provide daily stuffs"

A Memorable Stay with Exceptional Service and Comfort
From the moment I arrived at Little HouseI knew I was in for a great experience. The staff greeted me warmly, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. My room was immaculate, with tasteful decor and an incredibly comfortable bed that ensured restful sleep every night.
The amenities truly set this hotel apart. The rooftop pool provided stunning views, and the spa was the perfect place to unwind. I also dined at the hotel restaurant, where both the food and service were outstanding—especially the breakfast buffet, which offered fresh and delicious options.
Location-wise, it’s ideally situated for sightseeing, shopping, and dining, with many attractions within easy walking distance. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the level of care the staff put into ensuring my stay was perfect.
Overall, Little House made my trip unforgettable. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and hassle-free stay. I can’t wait to return!

We booked the Superior Queen room which is at another section in Floor 2. Its clean, bathroom is spacious and quiet. Hotel is well upkept. After 11pm, main door is locked, accessible by room card. Very good!

I booked a king size room, the room has space and it's comfy. But,
1. There is no place to sit except a bed in the room.
2. I didn't receive instructions to check in and have to make multiple calls.
3. The shower is great, however if the room next to you is showering, you can hear the water pump and it's loud. There are multiple people who shower around 1 am and it's terrible. If the sound can be controlled then it's great.
Overall good to stay.

I arrived in a downpour and it was clear reception was not interested whatsoever in showing me to my room. It was dark and there were tons of stairs and a gate and more stairs on this sprawling property so I was literally stumbling in the dark and rain heaving luggage up stairs and more stairs until I finally located my room, which was quite lovely. Breakfast would have been OK--just toast, which is fine--but the butter tasted rancid, the jam looked strange. I didn't have the peanut butter. There's a large water jug for refilling your bottle with filtered water, which is a bonus. Pool itself is nice, but loungers are wooden and there are no pillows or cushioning, or umbrellas or any kind of shade; that could be improved. Overall, it's a really lovely little manor house steeped in character and history.

Stay in room 205. Room is clean, equipped with air cond & ceiling fan. However, during the booking, it stated that it should be standard double with window, and what i got is a windowless room. Staff are friendly, check in is smooth, location is great, the hotel overall just need some touch up and maintenance works.

Location is good However I was being assigned to a top floor room even though there are many available rooms downstairs. Wifi was very weak in the room have to go out to the walkway to get connected

My flight got delayed and arrived late, arrived at 11pm. trip.com said 24hour check-in actually not. So I am unable to check in,I have tried to call the hotel several times and no one pick up and I have to booked another hotel and no refund are given.
