The room is nice, basically the amenities in this hotel are good. The staff are also helpful and accommodating. Recommend to stay here if you want somewhere near the airport.

In the past malaysain airlines had access to 3 terminals, recently when i visited, i came to know, now the access is only to terminals. i booked sama sama terminal 2. i went to sama sama express terminal 1. the CSO said the terminal 2 is like i have to clear immigration and go out, once i go out there it is not guaranteed they would allow me into the KLIA sama sama hotel as i am not asian traveller, as i was travelling with Malaysia airlines i might not be permitted into that hotel. I had to pay extra $110 to already paid $132 (AUD) for 12 hrs booking. when you have 3 terminals and all the names are same in two different terminals is confusing then even in trivago there was no mention about this and i was not having pleasant experience, and i dont know whom to blame, malaysian air port authorities, sama sama hotels or Trivago or myself.

The area is nice. Is near to 7-11, McDonalds, and few other restaurants. Room is decent too, with nice air conditioner. However, the reception is bad, and barely have any connection in room. Using wifi also is not helping as it the signal is weak there too. Recommended if just want to sleep only.

While it is not directly at the airport, Grab or hotel-arranged transport makes commuting relatively easy. Rooms: The rooms are clean and modestly furnished, with basic amenities such as air-conditioning, a TV, and a private bathroom. The bed was comfortable enough for a short stay, and housekeeping kept the space tidy. However, sound insulation could be improved, especially for light sleepers. Service: The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Some basic facilities are available on-site or nearby (like convenience stores and eateries), which adds to the convenience for transit travelers.

Simple room. Noisy with the room facing the steet. Evening has those small 🏍️ with open exhaust stopped at the traffic light. Back rooms much quite. No breakfast. But some snacks and instant muddle at the lobby. 7 eleven about 200m. 20min from airport. Cheap and clean.
