"I got lost three times at the wrong branch of the swing & pillow hotel. It was very tiring. And you know what? It turns out this hotel is next to Bary Inn. And this used to be part of the Bary Inn hotel so it still looks newly renovated. The room is small, suitable for short transit. The downside is there are no tea / coffee sachets in the room, no shampoo, no toothbrush provided. Around me I only found two restaurants that require a 10-minute walk. For comfort and security, it's quite good because we are given two cards, one access card to enter the hotel and one card for the room. The bed is a bit short for me who is 175cm 🤭 but the front desk staff are very friendly. Hopefully in the future there will be improvements and service enhancements so that transitors will want to stay here. because the other branches are better and have more places to eat."

"I really enjoyed my stay but there were a few things lacking in my stay at the hotel. For example; 1. The shower taps were not working, so we had to maneuver it in a different way which I was not told about when I got the room. 2. Unfortunately the wifi only worked in the reception area. When I got to my room it was barely visible. Other than that, I really enjoyed by stay and the night receptionist was kind, nice and attentive for both my check-in and check-out."

A major tip for parents or those with large luggage: if your stroller or big suitcase doesn’t fit in the locker, just let them know. They have a secure storage area behind the counter and were happy to store mine without any hassle. This stay confirmed that familiarity truly improves the experience. Knowing the routine—using the excellent showers, grabbing earplugs, and now utilizing their luggage storage—makes for a completely seamless and restful stopover."

Located a short taxi trip away from KLIA1 and KLIA2. However, it is not very convenient for a trip to the city. Hailing for a Grab depends on if there is one already nearby. The room itself is simple but good for family of 3 people with a double and a single beds. The shower room is very small and not very convenient when the toilet is also inside and is just beneath the shower. There is no provision of toiletries or slippers. The TV does not appear to be working. There is no tea or coffee making facilities but complimentary bottled water is provided. Counter staffs were excellent. There was no issues/fuss with returning of deposit.

The room is nice, basically the amenities in this hotel are good. The staff are also helpful and accommodating. Recommend to stay here if you want somewhere near the airport.

In the past malaysain airlines had access to 3 terminals, recently when i visited, i came to know, now the access is only to terminals. i booked sama sama terminal 2. i went to sama sama express terminal 1. the CSO said the terminal 2 is like i have to clear immigration and go out, once i go out there it is not guaranteed they would allow me into the KLIA sama sama hotel as i am not asian traveller, as i was travelling with Malaysia airlines i might not be permitted into that hotel. I had to pay extra $110 to already paid $132 (AUD) for 12 hrs booking. when you have 3 terminals and all the names are same in two different terminals is confusing then even in trivago there was no mention about this and i was not having pleasant experience, and i dont know whom to blame, malaysian air port authorities, sama sama hotels or Trivago or myself.

Had a short but pleasant stay at Swing & Pillows in Cyberjaya recently. The room was compact but cozy, perfect for a simple rest. Everything was clean, the aircon worked well, and the bed was comfy enough for a good night’s sleep. The hotel is in a super convenient location, just a short walk to D’Pulze Mall, restaurants, and convenience stores. Paid parking are available. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great pick if you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly place for a night or two. No frills, no fuss, just a quiet stay and a soft pillow to rest on. 😊

While it is not directly at the airport, Grab or hotel-arranged transport makes commuting relatively easy. Rooms: The rooms are clean and modestly furnished, with basic amenities such as air-conditioning, a TV, and a private bathroom. The bed was comfortable enough for a short stay, and housekeeping kept the space tidy. However, sound insulation could be improved, especially for light sleepers. Service: The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Some basic facilities are available on-site or nearby (like convenience stores and eateries), which adds to the convenience for transit travelers.

The area is nice. Is near to 7-11, McDonalds, and few other restaurants. Room is decent too, with nice air conditioner. However, the reception is bad, and barely have any connection in room. Using wifi also is not helping as it the signal is weak there too. Recommended if just want to sleep only.

Simple room. Noisy with the room facing the steet. Evening has those small 🏍️ with open exhaust stopped at the traffic light. Back rooms much quite. No breakfast. But some snacks and instant muddle at the lobby. 7 eleven about 200m. 20min from airport. Cheap and clean.
