"The location is great, close to the beach at station no. 3, and close to shops and restaurants. You can also buy basic supplies from the host at reasonable prices. The rooms and the property are clean, and it's pleasant and surrounded by greenery. Breakfast is included in the price and is available from 7-10 a.m., freshly prepared. The omelets were excellent. "This is our second time staying at Giulius Boracay Italian Resort, and it never disappoints! The location is perfect — very close to everything you need: D’Mall, the beach, restaurants, and transportation. The staff are very nice and accommodating, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We also love that the resort has a pool for swimming, which is great for relaxing after a day at the beach. Another big plus is that they allow guests to borrow banig and towels to bring to the beach, which is super convenient! We truly enjoyed our stay again and will definitely come back on our next Boracay trip. Highly recommended!"

"Thank you La Bella Casa de Boracay. The staffs are friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler I love the location of the hotel. It’s 2 minutes from the beach. There’s also a church near it. I also felt safe during my trip. The location is quiet. It’s near Grotto, Coco Mama, and a few minutes walk to Sunny Side Cafe. They even upgraded my budget room for FREE into the one with own bathroom. I highly recommend it if you want a nice and affordable place to stay in Station 1 Boracay.☺️😍"

"Det var en trevlig plats både bra och rent.Jag njöt mycket av terrassen det var rymligt och bekvämt.Rhe priset är bra.Platsen är nära hamnen och sju elva.Transport är lätt tillgänglig så snart du har kommit ut ur resorten. "We loved the room and the terrace. Rwally nice people that work there. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels which was really nice. Hotel is located close to the Willy's rock and the beach is just 2min away. Also, really nice breakfast and dinner options at the caffe/restaursnt with decent prices. A lot of options to transfer to other beaches like Puka beach but also 10/15 min walk to the boracay central mall and shops."

"This hotel is best suited for budget travelers and it delivers exactly what it promises. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. Our room was very clean, smelled fresh, and was well maintained. The staff and security guards were genuinely accommodating, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I’ve seen some negative reviews, but it’s important to be realistic: this is budget accommodation. If you’re expecting luxury finishes and fancy amenities, this is not the place for you. However, for the price, what they offer is fair and completely justifiable. There’s no in-room Wi-Fi and mobile data is weak, but a Wi-Fi vending machine is available downstairs. A 24/7 convenience store is conveniently located right by the reception. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, but there’s a designated area just outside the gate with a trash can for cigarette butts. please be mindful and keep the area clean. Another plus is the alley leading to the beach, which has local karinderyas and souvenir shops 😍 very convenient and gives a nice local vibe. If you’re coming from the port, simply tell the driver the hotel’s name and they’ll know exactly where to take you. Overall, this hotel is clean, affordable, well-located, and staffed by helpful people. If you’re traveling on a budget and value cleanliness, convenience, and honest pricing, this place is a solid choice."
