"The place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. Will also recommend to friends."

"The location is very accessible and near to McDonald's too.👍 The room is clean and the room ac is nice! 👍🥶
I gave their service a 4/5 because I did an advance booking and yet let me wait for the room to be prepared. 😐So I hope next time they prioritize the one's who has an advance bookings/online bookings. 🥺🙃 And I can hear the staff outside the corridors as early as 6:30am, hope they are more considerate for guest who are still sleeping. 🤐🤫😴 But overall I had a great stay here at Sogo Gen Tri 🫡👍👌"

SSydney44The place was clean. It was very annoying and took a long time though to be able to allow a massage therapist to come and give me a massage. I prefer to stay at hotels for this reason. There should also have been more than one roll of toilet paper for 3 guests for 3 nights and more than 2 towels.

GGästanvändareLocation is great! The room is very spacious but not clean. There was actually a cold coffee left in the fridge. The flooring in the toilet is likewise not clean. We just took it as it is because we wanted peace for the duration of our stay, Holy Thursday til Black Saturday.
It's very upsetting to hear guests running, dragging stuff above our room. There we found out when we complained that the flooring up is wood only.
We will definitely not come back again.

The room is neat and organized.Their television is small one but functioning for every channels.Their wifi is not too fast but can still connect.The staffs are approachable and courteous.One thing must carry are toothpaste and toothbrush only but they provide soap and shampoo which are good enough for your staycation.TIf I travel here again,I'd choose it again.

AAnonym användareThe location is strategic since it is near the tourist destinations in Tagaytay. The only problem that we encountered was the water supply. It seems that the water (for toilet and bath) is on shortage. Would appreciate more when this issue is solved soonest to provide convenience to the future tenants.

The floor was sticky because they cleaned they should have washed with water to remove the floor cleaner.
The shower had hot water, which was a bonus because the description did not include hot 24 hours a day.

AAnonym användareBooked here just to sleep because we have a big event to attend the next day, after a long tiring day driving from manila to tagaytay , arrived here midnight and wanted to have a nice shower , but the cr is dirty and the towel is SUPER dirty , we dont know if its just a stain but its so dirty we didnt even try to smell since its so dirty….
