clean room, but there was this horrible smell in our room but we asked them to spray and clean the room, we asked them that before we left. after 10 hours we got back to the hotel and they still didn’t clean nor sprayed the room, so we asked again and waited for 30 mins then they finally cleaned it and sprayed it. but all in all, everyone was so nice, kind, and respectful.

You get what you pay for with this hotel. Although some of the appliances are old they still get the job done. The smart tv was a great addition to the room as it allowed us to watch and stream movies and tv shows. The only disappointing part was the internet connection as it wasn't stable and it wasn't fast enough to use reliably if you wanted to work.

Vi hade ett bra vistelse här.Kondomet känner sig redan hemma.Min 3yo-son hade en bra körtid medan han väntade på vår värd (Miss Trixia) och receptionens personal är bara så bedömd.Kan checka in tidigt som vi anlände tidigare. Rummet var rent och vederbörligen underhållet.Den bästa delen är att vi kan laga mat.Vattenvärmare, mikrovågsugn och kompletta köksredskap finns.Och strax rakt på fönstret är en avkopplande poolvy. Platsen anses vara bra och säker (med säkerhetsvakter 24/7 på tjänst) Ms Trixia informerade att vi också kan använda poolen, gymmet, sauna...Vi hade bara en gudssvag på poolen. Högt rekommenderade och definitivt ville vi stanna här igen och försöka bastu. :). Vi försökte till och med förlänga vår vistelse för en dag mer, eftersom vi också har misstag att göra i Cebu men kunde inte göra det eftersom det finns en pågående bokning bredvid oss. Även den sena anmälan tvekade inte att hjälpa oss att hitta en annan enhet i samma kondom och gav alternativ.Vi uppskattar att hjälpa fru Trixia, ni svarade fortfarande på vårt samtal även sent på natten. Tack så mycket. Överlag älskade vi och njöt av vår vistelse där.Värddatorn är vänlig och hjälpsam. Unsa lönar Gialian, book namo guys...

Ok for the price. Staff are friendly and they let us borrow mugs and have our 3-1 coffee while waiting for our tour. Strong wifi and water plus with hot and cold shower, with steong bidet also! :) Some fixtures need to be replaced though but this will not affect our safe and comfy stay. Pool is clean and available (without extra charge) until 10pm. Our night swimming is really fun! :)

We had a 5day stay at this hotel with my colleague and first encounter was unpleasant due to the room given to us has no lock and door was extremely noisy when opened causing disturbance to other and picture of room was not the same as offered on the website. However, Kuya Ben and 2 female front reception were kind enough to provide another room for us which is better than the first one which is great. Pros: - Location is very convenient as it has a self laundry infront if the hotel, 3 mins walk to jollibee, nearby pharmacies and stores. - Staff are hospitable and kind. Cons - HSKP cleaned our room with a do not disturb sign placed on our door knob. It was a kind gesture but lack of security feels on our side as you can inform guest via call on the mobile if not answering a room call, all our important belongings were there. Nothing were lost tho but as a hotel, courtesy call is a must before going inside and touching guest’s thing inside the room. - Website photos should be updated as some rooms were not as advertised. Comfort room should have a door cover from the shower area. - Lack basic amenities unless you ask for it. Towels smells bad. Room has mosquitoes. Either way, kindness of staff were our compensation and its okay, 3star hotel. Hope they can improve their website, room and implement more strict room policies regarding hskp as security of guests have more impact more than just nice rooms. :)

Mixed Experience - Needs Some Improvements I stayed at this hotel recently for one night (just for a FunRun Activity on the next day) and had a mixed experience. Here are some key points: Parking: Limited parking space. If you leave and return later, you might not have a spot — and it's basically your problem. Cleanliness & Pests: The room was clean and well-lighted, but I had an issue with black ants coming out from the air conditioner when I turned it on. (See attached photo, unfortunately I can't post a video to show how the black ants almost covered the pillows and some part of the bed ) Air Conditioning: It works, but definitely could use an upgrade. Shower: Water flow was weak — not ideal after a long day. Bathroom: There was an unpleasant smell that lingered after using it. Staff: On the positive side, the staff were good and helpful. I messaged their Facebook page and within a few minutes, housekeeping arrived. Room Size: Small, but comfortable and tidy. Would I stay again? Maybe,

It's a good hotel for the accessibility sa malls . The room has enough space for 2 people only. The hot and cold shower was functioning however the tv is not working. It can't connect to any channel. Maayos din naman ang aircon but then after a few moments (around 10 mins) after turning on the aircon there was water dropping from the ceiling. We have to move the bed para di mabasa. After moving the bed, di nalinisan ang ilalim ng kama. If you plan to stay, buy your own water for drinking. Di sya provided. It was a good stay all in all. Maybe I'll try to book again here.

I like the ambiance of the lobby but the only problem is the door, the lock is not working. it’s not safe to leave the important belongings because the key card is useless. Thank you

The room was just fine and enough space for 4 of us, however there was no bidet in the toilet.. Hotel staffs are friendly.. And the price is really affordable.. We stayed here for 5 days, and they allowed us to early check in with minimal fee of 500..beds are comfy, they also clean rooms upon guests request.. The location is very accessible and there are several malls nearby the hotels..We Had a great stay here..thank you!

At Horizons101 this well located studio unit is just a short walk to Osmena Fuente and the great eating place - Robinson's Food Court. Lovely swimming pool open 6 days but always closed on Tuesdays. Easy to get to Ayala Mal, SM City or SM Seaside.
