You get what you pay for with this hotel. Although some of the appliances are old they still get the job done. The smart tv was a great addition to the room as it allowed us to watch and stream movies and tv shows. The only disappointing part was the internet connection as it wasn't stable and it wasn't fast enough to use reliably if you wanted to work.

Vi hade ett bra vistelse här.Kondomet känner sig redan hemma.Min 3yo-son hade en bra körtid medan han väntade på vår värd (Miss Trixia) och receptionens personal är bara så bedömd.Kan checka in tidigt som vi anlände tidigare. Rummet var rent och vederbörligen underhållet.Den bästa delen är att vi kan laga mat.Vattenvärmare, mikrovågsugn och kompletta köksredskap finns.Och strax rakt på fönstret är en avkopplande poolvy. Platsen anses vara bra och säker (med säkerhetsvakter 24/7 på tjänst) Ms Trixia informerade att vi också kan använda poolen, gymmet, sauna...Vi hade bara en gudssvag på poolen. Högt rekommenderade och definitivt ville vi stanna här igen och försöka bastu. :). Vi försökte till och med förlänga vår vistelse för en dag mer, eftersom vi också har misstag att göra i Cebu men kunde inte göra det eftersom det finns en pågående bokning bredvid oss. Även den sena anmälan tvekade inte att hjälpa oss att hitta en annan enhet i samma kondom och gav alternativ.Vi uppskattar att hjälpa fru Trixia, ni svarade fortfarande på vårt samtal även sent på natten. We had a 5day stay at this hotel with my colleague and first encounter was unpleasant due to the room given to us has no lock and door was extremely noisy when opened causing disturbance to other and picture of room was not the same as offered on the website. However, Kuya Ben and 2 female front reception were kind enough to provide another room for us which is better than the first one which is great. Pros: - Location is very convenient as it has a self laundry infront if the hotel, 3 mins walk to jollibee, nearby pharmacies and stores. - Staff are hospitable and kind. Cons - HSKP cleaned our room with a do not disturb sign placed on our door knob. It was a kind gesture but lack of security feels on our side as you can inform guest via call on the mobile if not answering a room call, all our important belongings were there. Nothing were lost tho but as a hotel, courtesy call is a must before going inside and touching guest’s thing inside the room. - Website photos should be updated as some rooms were not as advertised. Comfort room should have a door cover from the shower area. - Lack basic amenities unless you ask for it. Towels smells bad. Room has mosquitoes. Either way, kindness of staff were our compensation and its okay, 3star hotel. Hope they can improve their website, room and implement more strict room policies regarding hskp as security of guests have more impact more than just nice rooms. :)

What I liked: - clean room - smart TV with internet (YouTube only) access - good aircon - pool available - polite staff What I didn't like: - location - situated in a hard to find off the main road, in little dead end side road - no hot shower - no Netflix login or even browsing option on TV - WIFI password is not given by default - no kettle for hot water - if you ask for a blanket (which is basic) there is a charge - minimal amenity kit (no toothbrush and toothpaste, 1 little soap for 4 days)

A Korean-run establishment in the middle of nothing interesting. The hotel itself is a decent motel with somewhat overpriced and limited bar, very basic (and the same) breakfast and a decent swimming pool. The greatest downside is that it's in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing of any interest within 10 minute walk of it, nor are there any transit options (aside from taxis or trikes). It might be a good option to stay for the dive shops, assuming you're looking for basic and clean, but it's a 15 minute walk to the beach.

Really nice place. Big space for a family. And had a nice view also. But would like to recommend to use the dryer since most of the guests will use the pool and bringing wet clothes is really inconvenient. But all in all nice place for a cozy stay for family

Wonderful Stay — Peaceful, Clean, and Budget-Friendly! I stayed here for 7 nights and had a very satisfying experience. The place is quiet and peaceful, which makes it perfect for rest and relaxation. You also have a good sense of privacy during your stay. The hotel is budget-friendly but still very clean and comfortable. The food was very good and staff are all accommodating and friendly, especially Sir Bobby in the kitchen, he’s very kind and always helpful. The housekeeping team also did a great job keeping my room neat and tidy every day. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and peaceful place to stay.

I like the ambiance of the lobby but the only problem is the door, the lock is not working. it’s not safe to leave the important belongings because the key card is useless. Thank you

The reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
