"This is my second booking here, and it was great. I needed to go to EDSA Shaw thru MRT and this hotel is in walking distance to the station, and has a lot of local restaurants around. The room was reserved to me so I was able to check in early without any additional fees. They have fast wifi on the room I booked. I cannot connect to their smart tv thru my phone though. Overall, it was a great stay for one night."

"Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean, smelled great, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was spotless, the sheets were fresh, and the room felt simple but definitely worth more than what I paid for. I just want to share a few things that could be improved. There was no bathroom doormat, so I had to use my own towel for that. I also noticed a few small insects—not a huge issue, but still worth checking. The biggest concern for me was the WiFi. The connection inside the room was very weak, and since mobile data also barely works inside, I really relied on the WiFi. Even after informing the receptionist, it still didn’t improve. Overall, it’s a great place, but I hope these small details can be addressed to make future stays even better."

"You get what you paid for. The room was ok and clean but quite humid. The area has quite some noise in the morning but night time was fine, so you could have a good sleep. But the WiFi in my room was very very weak. I have to be near the door and toilet to have WiFi access. No WiFi access on bed or sitting near the table or the kitchen area. Staff are amazing and very helpful which was great. The lift was not working when I left and a staff helped me to take my suitcase down, which Iwas very much appreciated. There is a rooftop area with tables and chairs that you can chill. The swimming pool is there but not so big. Water seemed ok but I am not sure if it’s the water or floor of the pool making it look yellow. I only stayed for a night and didn’t know much about the area, but I saw some vendors downstairs. There are two entrances for the hotel. So, when you get Grab car or food, you will need to communicate with the driver which entrance you or they are. The hotel is a bit old. They provided towels and shower gel but no hairdryer. Maybe they have one if ask. The shower water is not very hot but enough for a comfortable shower. Except i felt and smelled a bit humidity in the room, with this price, nothing much to complain about and i consider it as a good stay!"

"I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities met all my needs, and everything worked perfectly. Most importantly, the staff provided great service — they were friendly, helpful, and responsive. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to others and stay here again in the future."

"My recent stay at the property was extremely disappointing and troublesome. During my stay, the electricity was cut from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and there was no proper communication from either the management or the owner regarding this. Thankfully, Trip.com assisted me in handling the issue, but the coordination from the property itself was very poor. Each room seems to be in a different condition. Although the room I stayed in this time was slightly better than the one I had previously, the overall experience still did not match the price I paid. I stayed for 7 nights because I had personally disinfected the entire room and preferred to remain there. However, I was still forced to change rooms, which caused a lot of inconvenience. What was most unacceptable was the number of cockroaches in the room, despite being on the 23rd floor. I have no idea how they appeared. But bed sheet and pillows are acceptable in the room."

"Clean rooms, helpful staff, and a fantastic location just across from Greenbelt Mall and near lots of shops & restaurants. Free WiFi, rooftop pool, and decent amenities make it a good value. A few downsides: noise can be an issue (street / construction, especially on lower floors), some rooms / fixtures feel a little dated, and views from some windows aren’t great."

Malinis din ang room.. thank you po! yung food po msarap din medyo nagulat lang aq mdami po ung rice hindi kopo expected..🤭 or cgro nasanay lang po aq unti kumain pro honestly madami po yung serving ng rice . Over all Nice po lalo sa mga Staff / Guard friendly at matulungin."

"I book a shared-room for a few week days. The room is generally clean. I've had an issue with shower heater not heating up and shower room ventilation is not really good in my booked room. I politely informed them about it so I hope the hotel admin put effort removing molds on the 2F shower room ceiling. I appreciate the roomkeeppers for being so helpful and the duty guards for the safe stay. Makati is generally safe but they make it extra with security. Overall, I will still consider the place for short-term budget stays but manage your expectations."
