The room was clean and good enough for an overnight stay, it has the basic amenities. I only have a comment to the male receptionist and the attendant the night. I booked a room with queen size bed but the receptionist was insisting a room with 2 single beds and even ask me ”Hindi nyo ba kayA maghiwalay Ng higaan sir?” Which I totally find annoying. 2nd, the remote control was really hard to press. I'm not as critical about it because I have a phone to watch anyway but I tried it to make sure that it is functioning properly as I don't want them to charge it to us in the end so I go down to ask them to replace it with a well functioning remote control. Both staffs during that night seem don't want to be disturbed while watching something on to their phone. They make face and make me feel that they are not willing to assist me. Morning staff was better though.

Det är väldigt snyggt. Platsen är fortfarande ny och håller fortfarande på att byggas för de övre våningarna så du bör förvänta dig borrning och smäll då och då. De tar extra (mycket) betalt för färgade handdukar och sängkläder så bättre se upp med dina handdukar/handdukar 😅. Även om du uppenbarligen skulle färga en handduk eftersom det var avsiktligt gjort så...duh. 😑 Du ser inga andra bekvämligheter som du kan få i lägenheter eller hotell. Det är bara ett rum med säng, bord och stolar, skåp, diskbänk och badrum.

I got the top bed and the AC was on the lower part of the wall near the floor. The designer should have considered the fact that hot air rises and cold air sinks so it was very hot and uncomfortable lying down and trying to sleep on the upper bed bunk. Even if i opened the curtain, i still didnt feel the cold air coming from the AC. If i may also suggest, please sell bottled water if you cannot provide free water because for people like me who came straight from the airport and arrived at 3am at the hotel, i couldnt get out and walk for like 5mins to buy water from a convenience store. It would have been nice if you sell drinking water on site.

Personalen är verkligen trevlig, hjälpsam och vänlig.De försöker bäst att interagera med alla människor som min observation och försöker minnas vårt namn också. Platsen är bra för mig eftersom det är under besökare som samlar in och går ut kan du se många besökare som du också lätt att hitta en mat, särskilt för dem som inte verkligen kan acceptera lokala vägmat. De erbjuder också gratis promenader runt om i området och förklarar för dig. Opps att inte glömma de gratis välkomna dryckerna.Om de kan ange namnet på drycker, kommer det att vara mycket hjälpsamt som jag inte vet, och för svårt för mig att minnas när personalen berättade under platsens beställning. Det rum jag bokade är sovrum för 4.De erbjuder mig ett gratis lås för att låsa låsen istället för att jag behöver köpa den nya.Väldigt uppskattat. Men jag fann att lådan är smutsig med tvättmedel, jag är inte säker, men min väska har varit full med okänd smuts och jag måste använda mitt eget en gångs torn för att rengöra den.Verkligen sorgligt. Förmodligen måste framtida personal kontrollera låsbeläget bredvid sängen. Generellt sett, om du letar efter festnatt och känner till fler nya vänner, är det bra alternativ, men om du föredrar en tyst miljö, kan du behöva överväga om.

You get what you paid for. The room was ok and clean but quite humid. The area has quite some noise in the morning but night time was fine, so you could have a good sleep. But the WiFi in my room was very very weak. I have to be near the door and toilet to have WiFi access. No WiFi access on bed or sitting near the table or the kitchen area. Staff are amazing and very helpful which was great. The lift was not working when I left and a staff helped me to take my suitcase down, which Iwas very much appreciated. There is a rooftop area with tables and chairs that you can chill. The swimming pool is there but not so big. Water seemed ok but I am not sure if it’s the water or floor of the pool making it look yellow. I only stayed for a night and didn’t know much about the area, but I saw some vendors downstairs. There are two entrances for the hotel. So, when you get Grab car or food, you will need to communicate with the driver which entrance you or they are. The hotel is a bit old. They provided towels and shower gel but no hairdryer. Maybe they have one if ask. The shower water is not very hot but enough for a comfortable shower. Except i felt and smelled a bit humidity in the room, with this price, nothing much to complain about and i consider it as a good stay!

This is my second booking here, and it was great. I needed to go to EDSA Shaw thru MRT and this hotel is in walking distance to the station, and has a lot of local restaurants around. The room was reserved to me so I was able to check in early without any additional fees. They have fast wifi on the room I booked. I cannot connect to their smart tv thru my phone though. Overall, it was a great stay for one night.

It was a very nice stay. I also loved that this room was the biggest one I’ve tried in the same branch—and the cleanest too. The Wi-Fi was really fast, so I was able to do some work calls and meetings without any issues. The bed was very comfortable as well. I remember we overslept during the stay until 12 noon. We didn’t get a reminder call via the landline, and instead someone politely knocked on the door. We also received a call on the phone, but it was on silent, so we didn’t get any notifications. They then told us we could extend until 2 PM, with ₱300 deducted from the ₱1,500 down payment. The black box wasn’t working, though I wasn’t really planning to use it—I just tried it out. The bathroom was a decent size for one person (so no bathroom romance haha). Overall, it was a great stay.

Despite of being one of the oldest still, this branch is one of the cleanest branches in the Metro. The service is still warm and courteous with respect to the privacy of the guests. Food tastes good and the price is reasonable. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom is functional and clean. Over all great experience and I will surely book here again whenever we have an event nearby.

The service at Sunnette was great! Staff, both housekeeping and front desk were really friendly and efficient. They had housekeeping daily, which we didn’t expect, so that was a pleasant surprise. The building is really old (about 40 years), so it has a vintage feel to it. There’s hot water, towels, an induction cooker, a microwave, cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, and pans in the room. If I were to suggest anything, it’d be to bring a warm blanket with you when booking here because the blanket they offer is really thin. Other than that, we had a great experience at Sunnette. The hotel is right in the middle of the Poblacion nightlife/red light district, so there’s a lot of places to enjoy if that’s your thing and it’s near a bunch of malls like Greenbelt, Rockwell, and Century Mall. It can get noisy at night on the weekends, but fairly quiet on weekdays.

The price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close. However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think. All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.
