The source of water is not that strong and i have to make effort just to be bathed. Maybe, the reason is we were in third floor that's why the water source is not that strong. But overall, my booking with them is amazing."

Malinis din yung kwarto namin and CR ❤️ Mabait din kausap sina Ate Janine, our receptionist and we understand na hndi pwede mag early check in and may additional na 200 per hour for that. We totally respect it. Nonetheless, sobrang linis ng place and very accomodating naman sila pagdating mo sa place! Will definitely go back! The rooms and the property are clean, and it's pleasant and surrounded by greenery. Breakfast is included in the price and is available from 7-10 a.m., freshly prepared. The omelets were excellent. "Rating Shore Time in general since we had to be transferred to their station 1 branch due to ongoing renovations. Excellent choice whether it be the D’Mall location or Station 1. Strategic location and the amenities are good. The Station 1 branch has an Andok’s just a few steps away and a 24 hour cafe. It also is about 60 steps away from the beach. All in all, this was a refreshing experience as it was our first time staying at a location that was not at the beachfront and we will probably be staying here again."

"This hotel is best suited for budget travelers and it delivers exactly what it promises.
The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. Our room was very clean, smelled fresh, and was well maintained. The staff and security guards were genuinely accommodating, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
I’ve seen some negative reviews, but it’s important to be realistic: this is budget accommodation. If you’re expecting luxury finishes and fancy amenities, this is not the place for you. However, for the price, what they offer is fair and completely justifiable.
There’s no in-room Wi-Fi and mobile data is weak, but a Wi-Fi vending machine is available downstairs. A 24/7 convenience store is conveniently located right by the reception. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, but there’s a designated area just outside the gate with a trash can for cigarette butts. please be mindful and keep the area clean.
Another plus is the alley leading to the beach, which has local karinderyas and souvenir shops 😍 very convenient and gives a nice local vibe. If you’re coming from the port, simply tell the driver the hotel’s name and they’ll know exactly where to take you.
Overall, this hotel is clean, affordable, well-located, and staffed by helpful people. If you’re traveling on a budget and value cleanliness, convenience, and honest pricing, this place is a solid choice."

"We stayed at Lola’s Lodge in Boracay and booked their new twin room. The room was clean and comfortable, with two beds and its own toilet and bath. It also had towels, air-conditioning and a fan, which made the stay very pleasant, especially after a long day at the beach.
For its price, the place is really affordable—only ₱1200 per night for 2 people, considering the excellent location. It’s right in D’Mall very close to Budget Mart and just a short walk to the beachfront, so everything you need is easily accessible.
Another thing we liked is that they have a shared kitchen which is convenient if you prefer to cook your own meals. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.
Overall, Lola’s Lodge is a great budget-friendly option in Boracay. You get comfort, convenience, and a perfect location without spending too much. Highly recommended for travelers looking for value for money. Highly recommended and will book in the future."

"This is our second time staying at Giulius Boracay Italian Resort, and it never disappoints! The location is perfect — very close to everything you need: D’Mall, the beach, restaurants, and transportation.
The staff are very nice and accommodating, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We also love that the resort has a pool for swimming, which is great for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Another big plus is that they allow guests to borrow banig and towels to bring to the beach, which is super convenient!
We truly enjoyed our stay again and will definitely come back on our next Boracay trip. Highly recommended!"

"Плюсы:
Отель находится недалеко от пляжа ,5 минут неспешно дороги. Поблизости есть ресторанчики и лавочки с продуктами.
Постельное белье и полотенца странные, но с пятнами.
В номере есть иелевизор и кондиционер,но шумный.
Также было мыло,зубные щётки,паста и туалетная бумага.
Минусы:
Под окнами здание куда сводят мусор. До ночи этот мусор разбирали рабочие со звуками сжатия металлических банок,песнями и криками. А после ночью слушали драки кошек на этой же помойке.
Также рядом стройка со всеми вытекающими последствиями. Выспаться не получилось.
В номере сломан душ,отвалилась душевая лейка,пользовались отдельно шлангом и сломана крышка унитаза. В душе вроде помыто,но какие-то разводы по полу и стенам. Неприятно.
Ощущения смешанные
И главный вопрос ,что с завтраком???? В бронировании указано ,что включён завтрак, но в отеле про него никто ничего не знает. На ресепшене девушка машет руками и говорит no breakfast."

"The room was very spacious and clean when we first arrived. The airconditioning was functioning well so having a cold room was no problem. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. There were a few options for breakfast but what they lack in choices they have made up for it for the quality of the food they served. We were even able to request for an extension to stay in the room while we wait for our airport transfer. The location is also very nice as everything was just within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again should I come back to Boracay."

AAmazing CathThank you La Bella Casa de Boracay. The staffs are friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler I love the location of the hotel. It’s 2 minutes from the beach. There’s also a church near it. I also felt safe during my trip. The location is quiet. It’s near Grotto, Coco Mama, and a few minutes walk to Sunny Side Cafe. They even upgraded my budget room for FREE into the one with own bathroom. I highly recommend it if you want a nice and affordable place to stay in Station 1 Boracay.☺️😍

CChen PangilinanSobrang cool ng staff, very accommodating specially Ms. Rachel ba yun haha. Mejo malayo dito ha, pero may free shuttle naman sila i shared the schedule for your reference. May Free spa din and free breakfast na tlgang masusulit niyo. Masarap lalo na ung pancake. The place is quiet and calm lalo na sa mga mahilig mag solo at mag gawa ng journal like me. I have a very good quiet time with the Lord.
May pa welcome drinks din sila na tlgang na refresh ako nung dumating ako and they allowed me to check in early without me paying extra.
Nag bbrown out din kaya wag mangamba, ganun tlga pag isla 😊

AAnonym användareWe booked a family room for this trip and overall had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made it perfect for our group. One thing we really appreciated was the superb and stable Wi-Fi connection—definitely a big plus, especially for staying connected during the trip.
The location is also a huge advantage—it’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it super accessible and convenient for quick trips back and forth.
Another highlight was the availability of free drinking water along the hallway, which was very convenient and saved us from having to buy water outside.
However, there were a few minor drawbacks. There was no safety vault in the room, and the bathroom doorknob seemed quite old and was a bit difficult to lock. Also, there were no complimentary coffee or beverages provided in the room.
Despite these small issues, we still had a good experience. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly accommodation, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

В номерах чисто, НО за 5 ночей у нас убирались один раз, и то это мы попросили
Завтра на любителя, порционно, местная кухня (рис, яйцо и гарнир на выбор)
Очень любезные работники, всегда были готовы помочь !
В целом рекомендую!

SSU1999We loved the room and the terrace. Rwally nice people that work there. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels which was really nice. Hotel is located close to the Willy's rock and the beach is just 2min away. Also, really nice breakfast and dinner options at the caffe/restaursnt with decent prices.
A lot of options to transfer to other beaches like Puka beach but also 10/15 min walk to the boracay central mall and shops.

SStanislav SachkoОдним из плюсов можно назвать близость к береговой линии всего минут 5. Мебель достаточно старая, на кондиционере горы пыли. Шланг душа сломан, мыться не возможно. Раздвижные двери практически не отраваются, каждый раз чтоб закрыть на ключ надо потратить минут 20.
