"During my visit, it just so happened that there was no one available to assist me or to guide me where the elevator was, nor to ask if I needed help with my things.
I was allowed not to give a security deposit since they only accept cash or credit cards. My cash wasn’t enough, and I don’t use credit cards anymore.
The room and balcony are really spacious.
However, I could smell sewage coming from the bathroom as soon as I entered the room.
The staff are nice and kind.
They serve a decent breakfast—though the corned beef was extremely salty, the pudding was absolutely delicious!
Their room service food portions are generous and reasonably priced.
I just wish they provided bathrobes."

"Reception very accomodating. Loved that women also work at the entrance. Elevator not so friendly. As a companion of 3, Im the last guy to leave, and I experienced getting shut in between elevator doors twice. Not so painful but enough to shake my soul for a bit. Room was great, beds are okay. The floor is made out of wood so expect some creaking and crunch as you step. Some of the switches won't work until you press hard on it. Overall, it's a nice old hotel."

"Despite of being one of the oldest still, this branch is one of the cleanest branches in the Metro. The service is still warm and courteous with respect to the privacy of the guests. Food tastes good and the price is reasonable. I wish the Chopsuey would be less oily. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom is functional and clean only the problem is, the noisy air-conditioning unit that needs replacement. Over all great experience and I will surely book here again if we have an event in Cubao next month."

"It was better this time than last. The food, admittedly overpriced, was better. This time, we only ate the breakfast that came with the room. The meal last time was bad, so we weren't about to subject ourselves to such torture again.
The bangus we had for breakfast was twice as big as the one we were served last time and was properly cooked. The previous time, the fish was fried to the point of disintegratration and should have been thrown back in the first place.
We stayed here because it was convenient to where we needed to go. The previous time, they overcharged us by 200 pesos (double the cost) for a room refrigerator. My wife caught this, and they applied the overcharge to this time, which h was fine.
Nothing great or terrible about this place. But it's inexpensive and fine if your primary need is a place to sleep"

Amazing stay that we have, its our first time to checked in a Sogo hotel and its worth with the price plus the cleanliness, services and warmth welcome🥰🥰🙏🙏 highly appreciated all the considerations as we got early checked in beyond the usual but no charges applied. It's a good place to stay and bond. However they are not punctual when it comes to check ins. We were there at exactly 2 pm and we were given a room 2 45 then they gave us a wrong room and we had to wait again by 3pm then they did not change the check out time even it was their fault. And the parking was so far away, but they have a service so it's okay. Then it's close to fishermall and other fast food chains. But the place was nice and their foods were delicious.

Terrific value for money hot water would have been a bonus however a kettle was provided plus a free upgrade Towels were a bit shabby and bedding overall good value for money would use again.
For less than 1000 php per day you get what you pay for.
I must mention very friendly and pro active staff and great coffee shop underneath.

Pros:
Price: affordable, old ac unit but Still Good cold settings
With 2 bottles of water, simple toiletries kit, good water pressure with heater, bed is thick and good, soft pillows.
Cons:
Blanket: thin, Thin, THIN! See through. Not a duvet like advertised. Literal extra bed Sheet. WITH traces of where bleach Was heavily used.
Stairs: All unit is in the 3rd floor, im not athletic.
No hotel slippers,

Jag njöt av vår två nätters vistelse, för min förlovnings födelsedag.Lyckligtvis gavs oss ett rum som luftkonditioneringen är bra.De glömde bara att ha de komplimentära skjortorna inuti, men när vi tog upp frågan på deras frontdesk. De tog med den till vårt rum omedelbart.Så det är ett plus.Deras personal är också mycket bekväm och nära.

In the past, my husband and I would only book a hotel for just the two of us. We would spend our days playing and having fun at the malls, and in the evenings, we would check into the hotel. However, I'm so happy to say that a lot has changed. Now, our family bonding time has really improved.
We check into the hotel first and unpack our bags and essentials for both myself and our daughter. After getting settled, we enjoy special moments together. We have fun at the mall, visit Kidzoona, and spend time with my father, her grandpa, whom we haven't seen in nearly a year. Later, we enjoy our time in the hotel by eating, playing with our daughter, and cherishing each other's company.
