We are in the extended Condado área, called Ocean Park, steps to the trendy Ocean Park beach and Calle Loiza. At calle Loiza is where the action is, and you will find all kinds of stores, a great variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Everything is near and walking distance!!!The unit is also equipped with 2 kitchen burners, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker & toaster.And if you rent a car (not so big) you can park it inside.Our area is cheaper than Condado where all the hotels are.
