"We booked this room last minute.. The manager was very accommodating and even included a complimentary breakfast in our room rate, even though it would have a 5 euro charge extra. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom squeaky clean. The hotel is not in the city centre, but the centre is not far , easily reached by metro, 2 stops away, or a 15min downhill stroll. The decor is somewhat dated overall, but it gives the property the quaint air of a countryside pousada even though it is located in Porto city."

GGästanvändareThe location is fantastic, right by the river. Breakfast was good and the bar is open in the evenings. My only concern was the bathroom. The sink was leaking the entire time I was there and they didn’t fix it. Also, in the mixed dormitory rooms the bathroom is also mixed so if you’re not comfortable with this I suggest booking another type of room

Ppapipupepopoホステルだが水回りなどちゃんと綺麗で洗面台の下に棚があったりダイソンドライヤーがあったりロッカーが広かったりハンガーが置いてあったりベッドにカーテンや自分専用のライトや電源があったり、コーヒーやホットウォーターが無料でのめたり(コインを入れるところがあったが実際は無料で提供されていた)これがあったら嬉しいなと言うちょっとした物が全部備わっていた。観光スポットになってる駅からもすごく近くて(最初入り方がわからなかったが駅のホームに行って左手側に入り口があります)観光するのにも便利な立地でした。毎日無料イベントがやっており参加したら皆と仲良くなれたのですごくいいシステムでした。また帰って来たいです。

The kitchen is with full equipment, but don't forget to bring your own source for cooking. Microwave is provided. Free breadfast with limited variety of choices.
The room is equipped with air-conditioning. However, the upper bed is with a gap between the wall and also with a larger gap between the boundaries to prevent someone fall down. This is not convenient and not safe for who stay on the upper bed. As there is no cover for each bed, anyone who open the lamp will lighting the whole room. There is a need for a storage headboard for those who stay on the upper bed.

SSHAK-I have been traveling for 2 weeks across multiple cities in Europe, staying in several hostels, and so far, this one stands out as superior. First of all, the staff were amazing—very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and well-organized, and the amenities were perfect. I honestly enjoyed my time in there.

SSSparrowzThis place is so relaxing to stay in! It’s a super nice little cafe with the rooms in the back through locking doors for easy access and security. The service is mostly seen outside your room as there isn’t much to be serviced inside, either way they were very friendly and helpful with menus in different languages and all that. The facilities for our room were all you needed, our “bunks” being cubby’s in the wall with lots of space and a locking compartment below for bags or valuables. The bathroom is tight compared to what I was used to in Canada, but it has your toilet, sink, and shower. What more do you need? Lastly the food was very very good, this was our first stay on our trip from Canada so maybe it’s normal here but it is so fresh and simply tasted awesome! Highly recommend!

DDarDar BinxThe staff are very warm and welcoming. They go out of their way to answer questions and help with anything. The common area is set up to encourage conversation, and the kitchen is well stocked. My room was big and the bed was very comfortable. I was on the 4th floor and the view was spectacular. Porto is a beautiful city.

GGästanvändareLocation was good: close to Casa da Musica and the main Boa Vista roundabout. The apartment was clean and big enough for a couple nights of stay. The only issue we experienced was the door code system. When we arrived at the property on the first day, the main entrance door was open, exposing the building to theft. On the second day, we couldn’t open the main entrance door using the code provided. (The code worked on the first day.) We messaged the operator using their platform and received no reply. We called the operator but nobody answered the phone. Since it was raining, we walked to Casa da Musica to shelter ourselves from the rain. Then the operator called back and asked us to send a video of what happened of the door code. Since we left the building, we couldn’t take the video. Then they agreed to look into it. They sent us a reply saying that we refused to comply by sending a video. They subsequently asked us to ignore the message and said it was their internal communication and was sent to us by mistake, but it showed that they didn’t understand why we didn’t want to walk back to the building in the rain to take the video they requesed. After an hour of us raising the issue with them, they finally sent someone to open the main entrance for us. The person said the entrance code issue was not new! It was a very bad experience and we wasted an hour. We would seriously reconsider staying in a place managed by this operator.

TTripzeiraJag känner mig som om jag hamnat i en gammal film på det här hotellet, de stannade verkligen i tiden. Rummet är stort, men fönstren går inte att öppna. Mattan är supergammal och luften i rummet är tung. Jag rekommenderar inte om du har andningsproblem. Sängen är för mjuk. Utsikten är den enda bra punkten med rummet. Personalen i receptionen är också vänlig och lät oss komma in i rummet före incheckningstiden.
