"The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the view from my window was stunning. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and tidy. The hotel’s location was also perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. the breakfast was average and can better"

"The room was quite small, in the typical Ibis style, which was fine. However, there wasn't enough space for luggage. I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. The female staff member on duty did not seem welcoming or willing to assist. She asked me to wait during check-in without explaining the reason, and her facial expression appeared unhappy throughout the interaction. In my opinion, she would be better suited for a back-office role rather than front-of-house, as she does not represent the level of service expected at the reception."

"Fantastic location - lots of nearby restaurants and small grocery stores, and a 7 minute walk to Sulaimaniyah metro station. The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful, though the room was not routinely serviced and only upon request. Despite some of the reviews, I had no issue with the internet connection and used it regularly for browsing and video calls. The main negative aspect is the facilities - the room was very small with no window. There was no prayer mat provided and to be honest hardly enough room to pray in the room anyway (and the hotel's prayer room in the basement was like a very dirty storage room). The bathroom is a wet room, which is fine, but then the hotel should provide a squeegee mop to clear the water. Even all of this can be tolerated for the reasonable room price, but the lack of a desk or even a chair in the room makes it totally unsuitable for business travellers."

The hotel itself is impeccable—the rooms are modern, sleek, and exceptionally clean, offering a perfect urban retreat in the middle of a busy city. What I loved: Service: The staff were professional and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. Facilities: The rooftop pool and gym are highlights of the property, offering great views and a chance to relax. Vibe: It has a very chic, lifestyle-focused atmosphere that is perfect for both business travelers and couples. The only downside: The only thing to be aware of is that there aren’t many shops or convenience stores within immediate walking distance of the hotel entrance. If you need snacks, pharmacy items, or a quick retail fix, you’ll likely need to take a short Uber or drive to one of the nearby malls or commercial strips. Verdict: Despite the lack of immediate shops nearby, the quality of the hotel and the service make it a 5-star stay for me. I would definitely stay here again, just with a little more preparation for my personal supplies!"

"For the price of USD100 per night including Arabic daily breakfast sending to your room is definitely value for money. Apartment style living that can accommodate two adults in a big spacious room. Conveniently located near Granada Mall and with lots of eateries outlets to choose from. For daily housekeeping service, they do not automatically clean and change your bedding and toiletries, tell them in advance if you need the services or just top-up on anything whenever you need it, no question ask."
