"The location of Hatyai Merridian Hotel is excellent — very convenient and close to nearby attractions, which made getting around easy. However, the overall experience could have been better.
The cleanliness of the room was just okay, and there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of upkeep and attention to detail. The service was average as well — staff were helpful when approached, but not very proactive. The facilities were basic and functional, but nothing special.
Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay if you prioritize location, but there’s room to improve in cleanliness, service, and facilities."

"This place is well maintained in a leafy surroundings with excellent hosts. An in-house kitchen serves local delicacies and staff go way out of their way to help guests. Rooms r as described in photos and aircon worked.
Biggest downside for this place is location which is in a rough suburb infested with rabid dogs on street. These r not just one or two but tens of them pouncing on people walking / riding.
Getting a grab is also difficult from here as address is a bit ambiguous. Roads leading to this location flood during heave rains so be careful and reach there well before it gets dark. Good for a short getaway but not if u want city conveniences or relying on public transport."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities were really good and well-maintained, which made our time there very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcome. The location is also a big plus—it was really easy for us to get to many of Hat Yai’s famous places.
There wasn’t anything bad during our stay, but we did notice that the floors were a bit too clean—so clean that they got a little slippery when we wore socks. Just something to be careful about.
Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hat Yai."

"Check in was fast and easy. Staffs was very welcoming and friendly. Most of the staffs can speak malay well. Room is clean and comfy. Very spacious. Worth the money even its a budget hotel. You guys can walk to Big C supermarket. Highly recommended for those traveling with low budget."

"We booked the triple room. Room is decent for the price we paid.
The room comes with free parking. No hassle if you are driving.
Location is superb. Close to tesco and 7E. Proximity is 5-10 mins by car to famous attractions.
Only the water from shower is not strong enough. Will definitely repeat again if coming to hatyai."

JJesrina💯‼️ Super worth it! We went as a group of five, but the room honestly felt like it could fit up to 10 people, that’s how big it is. Everything is spacious, super clean and looks brand new.
The staff were friendly and very helpful, which made our stay even better. The bathroom was huge and spotlessly clean (big plus for me!).
Definitely a 10/10 hotel — would 100% stay here again! 😎🫰🏽 I LOVE THIS HOTEL SO MUCH!

GGästanvändarePerfect location! 2 7-11 within 80m. Lots of delicious food and massage places around the corner. Spacious room with daily cleaning provided upon request. Cool Aircon, shower with hot water works perfectly. 2 bottle of drinking water provided everyday. Soap and shampoo replenish everyday too. Fast WiFi! There is nothing more I can ask for.

GGästanvändareNice hotel, which was spotlessly clean, with good facilities.Indoor pool and games room plus pool on roof.Good choice for breakfast.Bar area was pleasant, but fairly quiet,although not expensive.In general, the staff were helpful and efficient.The Hotel is in a rather scruffy area about 5 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars but it felt very safe.Good example of a value 2* hotel.

N plus paling suka owner bagi check in awal pukul 830 am gituh.. cuma iron tktau disediakan ke sbb kita bawak iron sendiri n ruang nk iron ada meja attached dekat corner kecil (ruang meja terhad tpi ada). Ada 2 plug thailand berdekatan katil ( owner ada jual plug converter). Bilik sejuk ada aircond but bilik tk soundproof. Recommended for solo traveller.

KKLN__The building was good , the room was OK in standard. But reception wasn't nice and not friendly at all. I asked for one extra towel and I had to paid money for it. Reception was not in the mood to service. Very lazy. She took my ID card to register my stay and didn't return it to me. Till 2 hours later when I came down to the lobby. At least she should have informed to return it to me. And security was also lazy to service at the carpark. When I drove the car in he didn't even move to check the car who's in or out.
