"Det bästa hotellet på hela min resa! Jag gillade det verkligen. Mycket rent, välskött grönområde, vacker ren pool runt husen. Själva husen ligger i skuggan av palmer, vilket är väldigt coolt! Huset är rent och mysigt, allt du behöver finns där. Mycket mysiga verandor. Det bor två snällaste och sötaste hundarna på fastigheten. Jag blev genast vän med dem. Familjen som driver hotellet blev som en familj, mycket trevliga och snälla människor. Nästa gång kommer jag definitivt tillbaka hit, bara med min familj."

"The staff is excellent. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The outside of the resort is stunning with its beautiful pool. This hotel is great value for money, though the breakfast could be cheaper. We will definitely come back, we loved it !"

"The room was clean, modern, and well maintained, with a pleasant overall atmosphere. The staff member who checked us in was polite and professional — serious, but courteous and efficient. There is a pool on the property; however, it was not operational during our stay, which was disappointing. Considering that, the price felt a bit high for what was offered. The breakfast was very basic — nothing special. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay, but I would recommend keeping the pricing and available facilities in mind when booking."

"The room amazed me the second the manager, Wind, who is the younger brother of the proprietor, Mr. Sunny, opened its door to me. With a refreshing Thai scent spreading from within, the room whose original two single beds had been combined into a big one for a solo traveler under my presumptuous request totally captivated me. It had a nice patio where I could put my feet up after a hot day out to the beach in the broiling sun. Wind also recommended me to go to what he considered as a must try restaurant and bar. He got me a scooter to which I only had to pay half overdue price on the last day because I forgot the time and couldn’t make it from the farthest beach, Bamboo Beach, on the island. His assistant, Shu, was shy and nice. One day I mistakenly bought two eggs that were light boiled, if not raw. She, without a second thought, helped me save my breakfast protein source. The proprietress, Ms. Ning, got me some pizza and bread she and her husband seemingly practiced making in the bistro kitchen next door. I would definitely book a room with breakfast next time if they planned to reopen after the Covid outbreak. In short, the hotel, just like its name, truly made feel at home; the owner and the staff, including the cat, Member, were terribly good and generous people. I will be terribly missing them. Of course I will go back to Koh Lanta in the future, and of course,Lanta at Home will be my one and only choice. PS. See you soon, Wind. Nice talking to you. You are a fun soul. "Lovely relaxing place to stay! Very comfortable bed and nice room to stay in!! Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. It’s a quick 3 min walk to the beach, which has a nice restaurant and some deck chairs to sit on in the afternoon. Breakfast was great too. Would stay here again, if you’re looking for a nice retreat next to a calm beach it’s perfect. It is a 5 min drive to 7/11 and shops so a bike or car is probably easiest way to get around, but similar to most of the island. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"The stay at Isara Lanta was great! It is directly located at the beach and my highlight was that I had my own hammock in front of my bungalow. My room was cleaned every day and the staff was very friendly all the time. I had dinner in the restaurant twice and it was very delicious. The owner (?) is German so be prepared to see a lot of German dishes on the menu. The location of the hotel is great. You have direct beach access, scooter rental in-house, supermarket, restaurants and bars in walking distance. I would stay with Isara Lanta again."

"Vad kan du säga? Thailand bara 😂 Mysiga rum, trevlig personal. Absolut tillmötesgående och incheckningen gick smidigt och till och med långt innan ordinarie tid. Rummen är verkligen ok. Boendet ligger på andra raden, men ur ett familjeperspektiv tillhör det Fredliga Resprt. Så du kan också använda poolen, vilket är väldigt bra för det hela. Det handlar om en 5 minuters promenad till Long Beach. Gärna igen om du vill ha något billigare 🫠"

"There are many good things about this hotel: - located close to the Saladan Pier where the boats dock, and just next door to the night market that offers food and shopping - welcoming and helpful staff (the hotel has no elevator, but the receptionist offered himself to carry my bag to the second floor - free use of washing machine on the rooftop, all you need is buy a detergent in the supermarket nearby (5 baht) - small kitchen if you would wish to prepare some food of your own - vivid lobby brightened up by graffiti, with free water and a small library - rooftop terrace with a hammock, with sadly not spectacular view (the roof of the market is quite unappealing - some graffiti artist should cover that too ;)) What could be improved? - big bed is actually two twin beds connected together. Also, they are wrapped in that plastic which you can feel under the sheets :( - I felt the cleanliness of the room could be on a higher level, especially floors and bathroom - no handsoap in the bathroom (I used the shower gel, but even that one was fixed for the wall, so it doesnt get stolen, I guess?) - just two big towels per room (no small towels, or a floor towel) - even when at maximum, water temperature never gets hot or truly warm - the hotel looks a bit run down, and could use some facelifting. There are holes in the floor of the common area, the bathroom seems unfinished, with exposed walls and some ventilation openings plugged with - plastic bags? - i think key deposit of 500 baht is such an unneeded nuisance in these modern times - cant they just charge you if you lose it?"
