Tucked on a quiet street in the town of Banner Elk, this cozy cottage with a newly fenced in yard is perfectly located to dine in Banner Elk or explore nearby towns of Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain. A flat, short driveway allow easy access any time of year. Enjoy an evening on the deck, or step inside to the living room for your favourite movie or game. The dining table comfortably seats all six guests or works to host a family board game night. The kitchen has an expanded nook with coffee station and breakfast table. On the main level are two queen bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom has an attached bath, and the second queen bedroom has access to a bathroom in the nearby hallway. Upstairs is a bedroom with two twin beds and a twin trundle, great for the children; it shared the full bathroom with the second bedroom. Each of the three bedrooms has it's own TV and window AC unit for comfort. Spend your evening soaking in the hot tub in the yard. Beech Mountain Ski Resort and Sugar Ski Resorts are each under 15 minutes from the home.
