Inside, discover an open-concept layout that connects the spacious living areas and dining area; this house is also equipped with an outdoor fire pit, BBQ machine, and very spacious kitchen and bathroom. Whether you're enjoying a lively summer soirée or indulging in a cozy evening by the fireplace, the lake's presence is felt from every vantage point.You can come and relax with the whole family or friends and enjoy the view of nature and sunrise through Lake Erie and make memories.Great place to celebrate your honeymoon or staycation or fishing trip or work from this peaceful house and enjoy the lake view.The house is newly renovated to tip-top shape, it is occupied with 2 queen beds - sleeps 4, 1 double/full bed - sleeps 2 and 1 sofa bed - sleeps 1; all the bedrooms are upstairs; however, if you need a room on the main floor, please make a special request.It has boiler heating, ductless and window air conditioners.It has a nice-sized back yard with concrete deck to enjoy the waterfront.5 car parking or 2 pickup trucks with boat trailer along the fence, also have 1 spot across the road.It is occupied with a full-size stainless-steel fridge, electric stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig K-cup coffee maker, popcorn maker, washer and dryer. The kitchen has all sizes of pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, and if we miss any, please let us know and we will make sure to have them before your next visit.Enjoy the indoor dining table with 4 chairs and a bench for 2 to 3 people.If you get a chance, you can taste the delicious food in the great local restaurant within walking distance.The living room sofa can be used as a bed as well; the 50" smart Samsung television is setup with an HD receiver, so you can watch new movies, sports, news, anything and everything you can imagine, and in your preferred language as well; I am sure you will love all these complimentary features.Please use the patio table with 6 chairs (stored in the shed) and more plastic chairs to sit around the campfire. Swim at your own risk.The basement is NOT accessible; paddle boat & kayak are for private use only (not for guests to use).The house is occupied with a smoke & CO alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit for your safety.Also please keep your outdoor shoes by the front porch and use your indoor shoes inside if needed, always hold the handrails when you go up and down the stairs; keep the house clean, be safe, and enjoy your stay.I am very happy and proud to introduce this gorgeous house for you to enjoy; my goal is to make your stay happy, healthy, clean, comfortable, safe, and affordable.As you can see, all my guests love this house and its surroundings, and many of them are my returning guests, which explains everything.
