Further, there is a huge open area with a dining table for 12 and additional seating for 6 with a beautiful large two story fireplace, all with floor to ceiling (2 floors) windows to appreciate the view of the lake and mountains. The Balmoral community offers a great maintained private beach on Winnipesaukee Lake. The beach has some shade trees and is for use by members and guests only. The private boat launch also available to guests is located next to this beach area. Up at the club house you’ll find tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball courts and spacious playground. You could be very happy not leaving Balmoral for your entire stay!!
