"A great experience, our first time in a caravan. The beds were hard and 60% of the pillows were lumpy, and the polyester blanket made for a very sweaty night, but we still had fun.
As there are many other RVs in close proximity, you can hear others outside quite easily and may wake due to noise, but other campers are all pretty good at keeping to quiet time.
Although we were told there is 7 gallons of hot water in the tank per RV, in reality, it is at best, lukewarm, not ”hot”. We didn't try the public bathrooms so cannot comment if the water there was hot."

GGästanvändareVery nice stay here! I planned for Grand Canyon the next day but the storm warning was on. I asked the staff for advise and they helped a lot. Lester told us to leave around 10am as the condition of snowing should be better, and it was right. We succeed to visit Grand Canyon and have a nice trip. Overall equipment is good, nice neighborhood, nice breakfast. If you want to visit Williams, that’s the choice.

WWilliamgohGood place to stay the night and good location as it is only 1 hour away from Grand Canyon South Rim! The Inn has a good amenities with indoor pool and gym. Check-in and check-out were seamless and staffs are attentive. The room was clean and well-maintained. however, the bedsheet and duvet is questionable as I noticed that they are slightly dirty. Breakfast spreads were adequate with good variation. Overall, a good experience to stay the night before or after visiting Grand Canyon!

1. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful.
2. The outdoor area was well above par. The pool was clean with in-pool loungers (4). Safety equipment and signage posted. Multiple cabanas (6?) were available. Large fire pit with plentiful seating. The pool is 5 feet deep at the center. This is not a pool made for swimming laps, but for lounging.
3. Rooms have an outdoor balcony with a table and 2 chairs.
4. Windows have both a blackout screen and a privacy screen. The window is able to be opened for fresh air and is screened.
5. HVAC was in good order and worked perfectly.
6. In room refrigerator was clean and worked well. Microwave, TV, and phone in room.
7. Breakfast area was spacious and breakfast offered multiple options though I did not avail myself of this amenity.
Now, the negative:
1. The room itself was much smaller (king bed ) than expected. Room was cramped and looked nothing like the pictures on the website.
2. The bathrooms were recently remodeled, but the aesthetics are problematic. Why would anyone put wood laminate flooring in a bathroom with a walk in shower that has approximately a 2” inch lip and shower curtain in lieu of doors? You take a shower and the floor gets wet...no bueno.
3. There is a $10 per night service fee charged on registration. The fee is for wifi and other services. I don't recall seeing this posted when I reserved the room, but perhaps I overlooked it. I didn't object paying it, but the fee should be transparent.
4. Housekeeping is performed every 3 days and if you need more towels, etc., simply contact the front desk and they will have what you need brought up.
Other: I booked the room for 2 nights but opted not to stay the 2nd night.

HHmongSituated in the middle of Page, this hotel is convenient to get to, with restaurants and Walmart nearby. Free parking and breakfast was the main reason of choosing it. We especially loved the waffle making machine in the morning. Was also able to wash out clothes though the price is on the more expensive side. Room is clean and nice.

LleotaozengI had a great experience at the hotel. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The parking lot was free, and the breakfast included in the package was decent. There are good restaurants within a 5-10 minute driving distance from the hotel.

There was a small hole in the trim board in the bathroom. We also found a DEAD cockroach and silverfish on the floor

The happiest thing for us as a group of three is that the manager assigned a room (with 2 beds) that includes a smaller room (with 1 bed) so that the three of us can have one's own bed. This is better than 3 people on 2 beds as all the other hotels/motels would treat us. The air conditioner, though, is noisy because of the age. Since the temperature is not hot in early August, we can do without air conditioning.

Just one small downfall not nothing to make my five star any less::::
The windows and doors all could use some replacement / updating soon.
