"I requested a private room reservation repeatedly via phone calls but did not happen. No staff.contacted us about the reservation even though they repeatedly promise that a staff in charge of private room reservation would email or call me.
On the day pf staying at the hotel we caught live roaches in the bath room of room 501.
Altogether, it was a disappointing experience."

"For this time the front desk guys were so nice! Polite and eficient! (They were not the same as last time).
The breakfast is good, also the guest laundry each has 2 pairs of nice machines.
O got a bigger room this time, but still with the lights to much poor! Even hard to organize your luggage at night time.
But I recomend the hotel anyway."

Lloganm818This hotel is severely overrated online. We chose it bc it was the same price as other hotels, but with a 4.5 rating. Really, it is closer to a 3.5, so take that into consideration when booking.
Room was clean, but the bathroom stank like fake cleaning product, as did the elevator. Located in Central Frisco, but South Frisco is where everything important is. Staff was courteous. Shower lost hot water for a bit. Breakfast was good.

GGästanvändareFront desk guys were so gentle! The room was spacious and well illuminated. Quiet are with some residential communities arround.
There was a bad smell near to the elevadors at first floor, and the gym was almost inexistend, same for laundry.
But the rest was fine.

I got mad cause I saw the pictures here showing it had a nice gym on it, but when I went to make some trainning the front desk guy just told me, that they don't have it anymore. Got me frustraded! But the rest is ok!

The price was fair.
The room is spacious.., and with a good shower.
American standard breakfast…
The hotel is close to the Ford Center (Dallas Open - ATP 500 Dallas).., 20 minutes by foot.

GGästanvändareIt was ok for the price. The location is perfect for my needs. I was drawn to the size of the hotel. It offered a free breakfast and convenient parking. A few things were of concern. First, the faucet in the bathroom sink didn’t have the little screen on it. Everytime you use it, the water splashes everywhere. If there’s trash coming down the pipe, it’ll just come out.
There was no guide to the tv and the picture wasn’t clear. Luckily I had an iPad with me.
One thing I’ve noticed at other hotels is that they have clocks with USB-C plugs. That’s a great feature.
Other than those suggestions, it was nice. The staff was accommodating and helpful.
