Grab your beach gear for a quick walk to the neighborhood's private beach access (we have beach chairsand an umbrella for your use... just bring your towels, sunscreen and surfboard). Golf, mini golf, adventure park, etc are close by. Book a sound fishing charter or you can rent jet skis, paddle boards, surf boards or kayaks locally if you prefer water adventures. You can schedule a horse tour to admire Corolla's infamous wild horses or find them on your own if you have a 4WD vehicle. Want to see a lighthouse, small museums or historical places? Our front door opens into a large Great Room with comfortable leather furniture, including a massage recliner. The dining area has a 4x8 ft. Granite topped dining room table with ample seating for 8, and a bar with seating for 4 where you can interact with whom or whatever is going on in the kitchen. The dining area gives access to our large covered deck where you can view the Currituck Lighthouse, watch family members play pickleball or carry food down a few steps to an outdoor stainless steel charcoal grill. The kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked with everything needed to fix either quick or gourmet meals. As you turn into the hallway, the laundry area is hidden behind louver doors. Ahead to the right is the spacious Master bedroom, we call it the Magnolia room, with a Smart TV, a Jacuzzi tub, double vanities, separate room for shower and commode. The Master also has a small private deck. Next is the Ivy room decorated in calming shades of green and is home to the largest of the 4 Flat Screen TV’s. Past the two-room hall bathroom is the Lighthouse room where you will find two twin beds set up as a Day Bed with a pull out Trundle making this an ideal bedroom for either children or adults. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular Ocean Sands community of Corolla, Fitz by the Sea is full of family-friendly amenities. One of many fun activities could be taking a short drive up to the 4x4 beach to see the wild horses or going just up the road to the Timbuck II shopping center with get shops and food! After a long day at the beach, the family will enjoy taking short walk to the shops just across the street and even stop at the ice cream shop for your favorite flavor!
