( yes, the surfing beach made famous in the Beach Boys song). Fully remodeled kitchen with quartz counters, island, 42" gourmet stove, fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, airfryer, Vitamix blender etc... Very private backyard with brand new hot tub, large patio with Barbeque. Surfboards, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler in the 2 car attached garage.There is also a stand up paddle board and 2 bicycles in the garage.The house is perfect for 4 adults and up to 4 kids. Possibly 6 adults and 2 kids, but that would be a bit cramped.
