This area is not included in your rental. Parking is shared, please do not block their vehicle, there is plenty of parkng. The fire pit is shared as well . Other things to noteThis is an island home on a septic system please flush only organic materials do not flush feminine hygiene products down the toilets, use waste bins. It is also on a well. A water cooler is providedfor drinking water. I have a water softener on the well but I do not wash white clothing there. See the users Manuel in the kitchen for further instructions.
