The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, outdoor bbq areas, and pickleball/tennis courts. Our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse with 2 living rooms gives plenty of space for guest to spread out and relax after a long day in the sun. First floor has a full bathroom with shower, bedroom with a Day bed with trundle and a living room with sofas and TV. The second floor has another full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances sofa sleeper and TV in the living room with 2 outdoor balconies with lane view seating, to enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee. This unit is directly in front of the saltwater lagoon and only steps away from the pool. The third floor offers another full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The master suite with a queen bed and TV with private balcony and the second room has 2 twin beds.
