Walk into the ensuite bathroom which includes a double vanity, jacuzzi jetted tub and separate shower. Open the sliding glass door in the morning that leads to the balcony giving you majestic views of Lake Travis.Bedroom 4: A queen sized bed fitted with cozy bedding for a comfortable night of sleep. Included in the room are night stands that have USB plug ins for your electronics/phones. Wall to wall closet space enough to fit any of your belongings.Bedroom 3: Queen sized bed fitted with comfortable bedding, a sitting area and a generous sized walk-in closet that includes full-length mirror. This bedroom has a sliding glass door that leads to a balcony with beautiful views of Lake Travis.Between Bedrooms 3 & 4 there is a Jack and Jill bathroom, with each having their own vanity space and storage. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Do not throw butts on the ground. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.No parties, events or more guests that the reservation states without prior approval.Pet Friendly:All pets must be approved by host before check in. You will be extremely safe but don’t ruin your stay with a speeding ticket.Lake Travis water levels fluctuates and at times, when water is excessively low. We suggest you check the current water levels to ensure boat ramps in the area are open.It is important to note that as per Lakeway City ordinance, parking boats, RV's and trailers on the street is strictly prohibited. Please make parking arrangements with us beforehand to avoid any inconvenience upon arrival and to avoid citations or towing. We do have dedicated boat, rv and trailer parking available so please make sure to let us know.2 parking spaces are provided in the driveway.
