Built in the early 1900's, this unique 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home was at one time where an old radio station was broadcasted and was also the former home of a Baseball player from the early 1900's.The home is decorated with unique pieces and restored back to original charm. Equipped with all your essentials and conveniently located in walking distance to Downtown Melbourne and minutes from the beaches, Holmes Hospital, the Airport and much more!When you arrive, you will park in the circle driveway. Walk up a few stairs onto the spacious covered front porch.Inside has unique curved ceilings, a bright living room with large windows, a cozy wrap-around sofa and a 55" TV equipped with Roku TV. The kitchen is an open country-like setting with an eat-in area and is adjacent to the full dining room. The kitchen is bright with a full-size refrigerator, flat top stove/oven combo, dishwasher, Keurig machine and all your cooking essentials to enjoy home cooked meals during your stay. The eat-in kitchen seats 5 and the dining room seats 6.There are two bathrooms both with showers and one with a tub/shower combo right next to each bedroom. The spacious master bedroom has a King size bed that has electric head and foot elevation and massaging.
