The dining room has a large dining room table in which leafs can be added to accommodate 12 or more guests. The house has wireless internet, full cable (if requested), and several couches and chairs that create an intimate atmosphere. The basement contains a new gas dryer and washing machine.The house is located on a quiet 0.7 acres approximately 1 mile from famous Broad Ripple Village (over 40 pubs and restaurants within a few blocks) and approx 8 miles from the stadium and downtown Indianapolis, with a large driveway that can easily handle a dozen or more cars. Public transit is within a few blocks. The backyard contains a gas grill and large open area ideal for weddings, family meetings and games, etc. I am a wonderful host and can create an atmosphere to meet all your expectations. If the weather results in snow, i will remove the snow daily from the driveway.Guest accessGuests will have access to the whole house. Transportation will also be provided if needed.Other things to noteThe house also has two large canopies with numerous chairs and portable tables that can be set up outdoors. Ample parking is readily available on the property due to two long driveways. Also if needed, cars can be parked on the street in front of the property.
