The room and overall hotel is average at best. The best part was the waffles at breakfast and coffee available 24 hours/day. The room portion was clean from what the eye could see other than a hole in the wall by the AC unit that looked like someone had rolled off the bed or been pushed into the wall. No sign of repair, just covered by the curtain. As far as the bathroom goes, hair from the previous guest was still on the floor and black mildew was visible on the ceiling in the shower. Checkout is at 11:00am, yet housekeeping disregarded the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door and knocked shortly before 10:00am. The cherry on top was our room keys being deactivated while we're loading our belongings up in our vehicle, also before 11:00am. When we went to the front desk to advise they had been deactivated before checkout time and we still needed to get in our room to verify we didn't leave anything behind, we were met with a snobby, passive aggressive response from the desk clerk on duty. Paired with everything else, her attitude and handling of the situation is what ultimately made our decision that we'll reserve at the Spark by Hilton located next door our next stay.

Très bonne amplitude horaire pour les départs et arrivées Service de navettes gratuites que ce soit aussi bien pour se rendre à EPCOT (non testée mais à partir de ce parc il est possible de se rendre notamment à magic kingdom via le monorail super pratique) et à Universal Studios. Les horaires sont tôt le matin pour arriver et commencer dès l’ouverture Enfin, l’hôtel est tout proche d’Universal Studios, très pratique pour rentrer potentiellement en taxi ou autre et profiter des nombreuses boutiques et animations le soir

Jag bokade detta hotell för min resa till Universal Studios. Det var en 10 minuters taxiresa till Universal, vilket kostade runt 8 dollar. Inredningen var lite daterad, som ett trestjärnigt hotell i Kina för 20 år sedan, men rummen var mycket rymliga och rena. Den enda nackdelen var bristen på dricksvatten; det fanns varuautomater på våningarna. Det fanns en gratis frukost, men utbudet var mycket begränsat – bara bröd, kakor, våfflor, etc. Det var tillräckligt för att mätta min mage, men med tanke på priset, vad mer kan jag begära? Rekommenderas starkt!

โรงแรมนี้ทำเลดีค่ะบริการก็ดีมากพนักงานยิ้มแย้มอาหารเช้าถือว่าดีระดับนึงข้อเสียเพียงข้อเดียวคือที่ห้องตรงที่นอนกับห้องน้ำมีแมลงสาปตัวเล็กๆขึ้นที่นอนเท่าที่ดูทางโรงแรมมีการีนูเวทแต่บางส่วนไม่ได้ทำทั่งหมดของห้องเลยมีส่วนที่เป็นของเก่าแล้วมีแมลงสาปอาศัยอยู่ปรับปรังตรงนี้ได้จะดีมาก

Good value to price. We had a 2 queen room on the 3rd floor. Nothing fancy on the outside, but has everything you need to feel comfortable and unwind in the room. Do note that it may smell a musty if you are very sensitive to smell. Because you are so close to the highway, it gets loud especially on pool side, but also for the location, you're not too far from downtown and the highway to move around orlando. Front desk was friendly and breakfast had a good variety. Would stay again

Old hotel. I was there for one night only and I wanted to have a good rest, but the room was old, ac was not working properly and overall I did not feel the confort I wanted to have. You can definitely have something better for the same money.

I stayed here for 3 nights- Monday to Thursday. Feb 10-13th I was taking my nephew on a trip to Orlando, a little getaway to spoil him, on a small budget. I needed cheap, and I did my research. I’ll be honest, I read some of the reviews for Garnet Inn, and they weren’t all great. I can’t tell you about those peoples stay. But I can tell you about mine My stay here was fantastic. We had a great time, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I will stay here again, 100% A few things to note- it’s a cheap hotel. Is it fancy? No. Is it older? Yes. Was it clean? Absolutely The lobby is not impressive. It could be updated, the furniture looks a bit outdated, but was it clean? Yea it was! Was the price affordable? Yes it was! The room has everything I needed. 2 beds. Lots of pillows. A huge tv mounted on the wall. A fridge. A microwave. A bar of soap. A package of shampoo. Fresh clean towels and sheets. The room was clean. Floors were clean. Bathroom was clean. The mirror was spotless. I have zero complaints on cleanliness. I chose a pool view room. Which we loved. Let me tell you about the pool. It was very clean, and there is a kiddie pool and an adult pool. Both were great. The kiddie pool is 1 foot deep. Great for kids who can’t swim, or who just what to splash around. The adult pool is big, clean, has stairs, a railing and even a lift. The staff- everyone was super friendly to me. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Life was simple here The breakfast- your getting the basics. Cereal, waffles, toast. Coffee and juice and milk. There was lots. It did not run out. It’s included in your stay, at that cheap of a price guess what? It’s sufficient Room cleaning- housekeeping came everyday. Made the bed. Cleaned the garbage and changed my towels. I didn’t have to ask. They just did it. The location- close to everything. 10 min drive to anywhere you want to go. There is a really good restaurant in the same parking lot, as well as a 7/11. There is a McDonald’s a 3 min walk down the street. To sum it up, could it be fancier? Sure. But if it was you wouldn’t be getting this cheap of a price. All my needs were met, it was comfortable, clean, and the staff are friendly. I will be staying here again, no doubt !

It’s a good location to stay for Universal Studios. Because we don’t have to stay all day in the hotel. The hotel is just 6$ by uber to go to Universal Studios. Compare with the price is okay, don’t expect anything from them. Cleanliness is the worst, we can’t walk without shoes in the room but bed sheets and towels are okay. They have 24/7 front desk but you have to call them because staff is not there.

We got a room around the back near the barrage that was overflowing. Inside the room at first sight I thought the floor was dirty but it was actually dirty looking. A centipede died in the standing shower and roaches crawling out from behind the toilet to behind the mirror. Air condition chips out sometimes and the room never gets cold. There is a small table and two dirty chairs in the room at two burner built in stove and a full size painted fridge. The bed was clean, but this isn’t somewhere to call home about somewhere to sleep for the night and get out.

I’m not happy that the resort fee was 25% higher than suggested on this app. Probably the best renovated room I’ve stayed in a motel before. Especially the bathroom was well renovated. Only issue was a noisey AC unit. Housecleaning was also good. I’m also not sure why it said the hotel was completely sold out when it only seemed 15-25% full. Location was incredible as it’s walking distance to everything you would need nearby such as liquor store, brunch, dinner, fast food. They also gave you 20% off the nearby Denny’s.
