The entrance is on the right side when facing the home. Please do not park in front of neighbors homes, enjoy your private space off the street. There is also a fenced backyard with a slate stone patio and plenty of grass. Guests are welcome to enjoy the yard. Though the neighborhood is next to University Place Mall, there is no vehicle access from the neighborhood to the mall so there is limited traffic and noise. A pedestrian path to the mall makes walking access quick and safe. The Utah Transit Authority's Mt. Timpanogas Transit Center is conveniently located within easy walking distance at the mall. From the transit center a bus can be taken to the Orem Front Runner station to Salt Lake City.
