Thunder Mountain trailhead is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Chimney Rock Loop is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive.Sugarloaf Trailhead is 4 minute drive.Please note that there is a guesthouse and a studio suite for 2 people on the back of the property that is also a vacation rental. They are completely separate and private from the main house and have their own parking spaces.Other details to note: -Mike or the property manager will be by on Sundays to take out the trash (trash day is Monday) and will return Monday to take in the trash barrel.- Mike or the property manager may be by to water the outdoor plants as needed.-During the winter months when the heating system turns on it may create a sound in the HVAC system in the ceiling. The sound is like a quick popping sound caused by the expansion and contraction of the metal in the HVAC system.
