Trails for hiking & snowshoeing are onsite. This is an ideal spot for relaxing and watching wildlife.Pleasant Valley Trails has 42 acres of fields and forest with blazed trails that connect to other trails in the White Hills area of Shelton. The pond attracts wild life which may be seen from the house.The front door (white) is accessed by key which will be provided by lock box. Feel free to park near the front door for easy access.The rental unit is the original house. It was built in 1952 and has approximately 1200 square feet of living space.
