"The floor of the bathroom had what appeared to be dried poop near the toilet and on the floor as you exited the bathroom. The maid had been in cleaning the room just before we entered. I could not believe this had not been cleaned off of the floor. I was rather disgusted. The bathroom light switch and back of the door near where you put your hand to close it was dirty, and the mirror of above the sink had what looked to be spit marks from someone using an electric toothbrush or flossing in front of the mirror and stuff flinging onto it. The room appeared to have had a base level clean out but was definitely not clean. When I told the font desk about all of this at check out I was given a simple, I am sorry, I will let the cleaning people know. It took about 5 minutes of pushing random buttons with no labels on the air conditioning unit to finally get it to come on. The beds were comfortable and the location is great for our purpose."

"The facility was absolutely marvelous. The service, food, and location were great. We will certainly make it a point to stay at this hotel on our next visit to Sparks."

"The hotel has just been opened for a month, thus everything is new and clean. The front desk employees are friendly and provide good services. The hotel is closed to a small lake park. The room does not have its own hair dryer, thus I needed to get it from the front desk. I was surprised that the room had iron, but no hair dryers. The room rate already included the simple breakfast. It provided broiled eggs, oatmeal, energy bars, hot chocolate, tea and coffee."
