"This was a great location without being on the boardwalk, but close enough to everything. The staff was friendly, and the room was very nice and clean. Rooms have been renovated and new furniture and was very nice. The pool area needs a lot of updating. It’s faded, broken tiles on the pool, and they have a broken splash pad that has not worked for who knows how long. The free breakfast was adequate, however the area for guests to eat was very small and for some reason had an insane amount of flies all over which mad eating not great. Overall, I’d give this hotel a 6.5."

GGästanvändareEverything was wonderful. We stayed for 3 nights in the off season ocean front. The kitchenette was nice even if we only used the fridge & microwave. Only complaints I truly have are that the elevator is so small. I use an electric wheelchair & it would not fit in without us folding the foot rest up. Our toilet didn’t want to flush then after it did flush you would hear it make flushing sound for a few minutes after. Also the door to the balcony the frame around it has a piece missing where you can see light shining thru it. Didn’t effect us but upkeep is important.

GGästanvändareThis was our first time staying at Hampton Suites in Ocean City. The desk clerks( Alyssa,Jennifer and Danielle) were so nice and friendly. The checkin and checkout process was fast and easy. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. The indoor pool and hot tub were a nice amenity. The pet friendly option was great as well.Would highly recommend this place..didn't disappoint!

GGästanvändareEverything was great! ”Peaches” was our check in girl and she was so sweet and kind. Above and beyond welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable except the beds are a little bit firm. Staff were knowledgable with every question we asked throughout our stay. The walk to the beach is quicker then it takes the red light to change. On check out day we asked if it would be ok if we left the car in the parking lot and hang out at the pool for a few hours before heading home, and they were perfectly cool with that. the roof top pool is so nice with a bar and constant breeze. We reserve a ”Bay front” room, but we unexpectedly had a really nice view of the bay from our room. These are the reasons I've been coming back the Princess Bayside for years.

GGästanvändareThe check-in was easy and the attendant was very pleasant. The room was clean, however the hallways, stairways and elevator appeared to not have been vacuumed for a few days. Being beachfront, having hallways and stairways that are carpeted, or the rooms for that matter, is not a good idea. Even though the room was clean, you could feel the dampness in the carpet. Not a pleasant feeling.
