There is an entrance to the unit from the lower driveway of the property, so there is privacy for all units. The studio has an open floor plan with efficient kitchen, queen bed, folding dining table & chairs, bathroom and shower. The bathroom is off of the kitchen and it open. The strong breeze keeps the studio cool, so A/C is not a necessity. It does have a A/C unit. We just ask that you turn it You have an option to rent a golf cart on Water Island.
