"Well! What to say about that hotel, except the staff was really friendly and kind👍 we arrived around 6:30AM-7AM with a night bus, hoping that we could leave our luggage there, we rung the bell, and felt so sorry to awake him this early, but he still was super nice, telling us it was okay, and come back at 1PM for the check in. We were as sleepy as him, but did a little visit of the city waiting for the right hour. But without our luggage, which was great.
The room was more than okay, with a lake view, that we couldn't see properly as we came during foggy days😅.
In the rooms you'll have water, coffee and tea for free, and then some snacks and other drinks, that you'll have to pay if you use them, but the price was quite fine.
It's in the upper of the lake, but you have stairs that go straight to it, so it's really near 👍"

"Firstly, the staff are friendly and helpful, you can be put in touch with a good driver for transport, book fansipan mount and just ask them for more info. The rates are inexpensive so it is fair value. Better heating would be nice, it was just adequate on what was a cold week with temperatures of 8-11 degress celcius, which was unseasonal. There are restaurants, cafes, atm's and a laundry all just minutes away at most. If you want a budget stay or last minute booking as it was for me, it was the right place. The views from the balcony to your door was rasther nice."

Персонал отеля дружелюбный, поможет решить любой вопрос. С начала бронировал на 2 суток, потом продлил ещё на 5. Ерик помог приобрести билеты на автобус в аэропорт Ной Бай. Номер комфортный, есть тв с ютубом, чайник, вода, удобная кровать, чистое постельное бельё. Санузел чистый, есть горячая вода, все гигиенические принадлежности. Окно выходило на улицу, но для меня это не проблема, я пользуюсь берушами. Рекомендую данный отель."

One of the most beautiful hotels in Vietnam. I really enjoyed my stay. Owners are so lovely and even prepared us a cute lunchbox for our travels back to Hanoi. I wish I have stayed here longer. Everything is just comfy and thought through. Just an amazing stay and I 100% recommend this place.

The hotel staff are nice and helpful. The location is central, but unfortunately, there are two bars/night clubs just opposite the hotel, which will blast loud music until 2am. I first stayed on the top floor in a room with a balcony, and it was simply impossible to sleep, it was really like trying to sleep in the middle of a night club. They moved me to a different floor, and it was a little better, but you could still hear the party - just below your balcony.
I booked a tour and a bus ticket with the hotel, which was nice, and the price was OK.
(This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the tour was terrible, it was raining heavily all day long, we could not see anything at all, and the difficult climbing in rubber boots resulted in very bad bruises to my toes - extremely painful, and heals for months and months.)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, humble, and helpful. They assisted us with booking tickets and even gave great Grab recommendations, which made our trip much easier.
I was also celebrating my friend’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond by helping with the decorations and getting a cake ready — such a thoughtful gesture! Even when I arrived early, they kindly allowed me to check in without any hassle.
Overall, the service was super nice, and the staff made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel — everyone can stay here with confidence!

I love staying at Anh Tu Hotel. The room is big and very clean with two big comfortable beds and a huge bathroom. On top of that the service is incredible awesome. They assist us in booking tour ticket and sleeping bus to Halong. Especially, he offer us free shower after checking out. We find the people of Sapa, particularly the hotel operators have shown us more than the scenic view of mountains and rice terraces, but also kind and welcoming local people. We’re sure that we will come back to Sapa and stay at the same hotel in a short future.

The place does look like the picture but very old and used. If you come during winter it’s a bit cold but thanks to the ac you can warm the room. The isolation is poor so you will ear cars passing. But the location is good and the accomodations ok.

Staff is very friendly and easy to communicate because she is very fluent in English. We book for 2 single beds but the hotel upgrade the room to 2 queen beds and we are very happy to sleep with the cold weather. Definitely will repeat this hotel because the location also very stratergic and near to Sun Plaza and others attraction.

Its a family run hotel facing the sapa lake. Check in was fast and easy. We booked a ”Superior Triple Room” with lake view and we got the room on 4th floor facing the beautiful lakeview.

Stayed here 5 nights, loved it
The first night i was in a different dorm and the window was open during the night so it was quite loud. The next day I asked about it, if it’s possible to close it, the staff were very cooperative- said it was broken but let me transfer to a different dorm completely for free !
Pros: central location. The hostel provides maybe services and tours at discounted price (they have the cheapest laundry service I’ve seen so far at a hostel).
They provide you with slippers! Cozy bed with privacy. Amazing staff and great bathroom/showers/facilities. All of my roommates were kind and respectful, and there weren’t many people (one night I had the room completely to myself)
There aren’t any lockers but the room is surveillanced by a camera
Cons: could be a bit cleaner (for the beds at least) ? But it’s nothing that you can’t clean yourself.
Overall great value for money and a great stay!
If you’re traveling to Sapa, definitely stay here

Had a great time staying.Staffs were wonderful,warm and friendly although there was a bit of language barrier they try to communicate at their best ,google translate could be very useful as well.Location is very good,its at the back of Vietrekking cafe and restaurant.-very strategic to those who would want to take pictures from the passing funicular train.A 10-15mins walk to Sapa Center.Free breakfast served at 0800AM staff would ask your preferences.A very cozy and relaxing place if you would want a chill ambiance.Thank you for the staff who let us stay while waiting for our bus pick up despite we checked out at 12NN.Recommended to solo,couples or families.
