Loved it here so much to the point i miss my days here. It’s clean, very fresh and fully furnished. Lots of storage space, great lighting and comfy bed, with a good communal area in the lobby. It’s basically a crossover between a hotel and a living studio. Not to mention it’s close to grocery stores and restaurants, and right next to it is the metro station for the U4 line which can take you to the city centre. I loved it and I’ll book again the next time im in vienna!

I stayed at this accommodation in Vienna for 6 nights during winter and overall had a pleasant and convenient stay. The biggest advantage is the location. It is less than a 5-minute walk from Wien Hbf/Vienna central station. If you exit the station from the Interspar supermarket side and turn left, you will quickly see the orange building, making it very easy to find even if you are arriving with luggage. Being so close to the main train station is also very convenient for getting around the city or taking day trips. The check-in process was straightforward and efficient. I would recommend contacting the property in advance to complete the pre check-in procedure and pay any required taxes. After that, a QR code will be generated which you can use at the ipads to collect your keycards. The process was smooth and hassle-free. There is no housekeeping service during the stay, but there is a designated room where guests can take additional essentials such as towels if needed. There is also hot water available in the lobby, which is useful if you want to make a quick drink. One thing to note is that the reception only operates on weekdays during certain hours, so it is good to check the schedule beforehand in case you need assistance. In terms of drawbacks, the room does not have air conditioning. Because of this, I would not recommend staying here during the summer months. We kept the window open at night, which meant there was some street noise, although it was still manageable and did not affect our sleep too much. Another small issue was that the hairdryer in the room was quite sticky. I’m not sure if this is the case for all rooms or just the one I stayed in. Overall, it’s a good option for travelers looking for a practical and well-located place to stay, especially if proximity to the main train station is important.

We have a international flight at 10am and they are so kind to allow us to have our breakfast before 630am. So grateful for the kitchen staff. The room is slightly smaller than the previous one we stay, but it's alright. Heater in the room is working fine. Location is spectacularly convenient right opposite the train station. Will definitely come back

I booked from Thailand through the app to stay with my family. The room is very clean, the location is very good. Even though there is no receptionist, if we have a problem, the staff responds quickly and helps very well. Thank you very much.

The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and easy to find. It’s close to bus stops and underground stations, making it ideal for getting around. Situated in a busy area, it can be a bit noisy at night, but closing the windows helps reduce the sound. A fan was provided, which was especially appreciated given the warm weather. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided daily as well without having to request for it which was impressive and the breakfast offered a good variety of options.

clean hotel. very accessible to public transport. lagenfeldgasse U4 and U6 Niederhoffestrasse staff are ok with good service. It was very close to some landmarks including Belverdere Palace and Schonbrunn. There are nearby markets, supermarkets and restaurants of many different cuisines.

Excellent hotel for its price. I was positively surprised that even breakfast was included! And it was delicious- eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt, desserts, fruit, even cacao! Staff was very friendly, room quite clean & enough for 1 person. No problems with hot water. Stable wifi. Shower gel & shampoo provided, but not of high quality, I preferred to use mine. Unfortunately, no water of tea pot available for free at the hotel, but near reception you can find a coffee machine for 2 eur drink. Also you can order a teapot for 5 eur in your room. It was quite calm in the hotel, though I could hear voices from the nearest room. There was a problem with the safe: it was locked when I arrived, the personnel could open it at first, because there were no keys. In the evening they opened it, then I just closed the door to put my code, but it turned out to be closed again...and I didn't know the code, of course. So I didn't use it. But it would be better if you have an updated instruction how to use it, current is not valid. Though the staff told me I could leave smth at the reception if I would like. The district is great - shops, cafés just around the corner. 5 mins walk to the nearest metro station, 15 mins to Rathaus. I easily got to the city center by foot.

It's OK place to stay a night or 2, would be good if I could apply for car parking at the time of booking because I didn't see the option. Bus and Tram stations are right there and Metro is 6-7min walk from the hotel. Room was clean and staff was really helpful. I can recommend.

Room was perfect, the location is a little bit away from the main city but with good public transport. Just 2 negatives during our visit: 1. There was no hot water available for a day due to some repair work. 2. The cleaner just barged into the room with her key even before the check-out time.
