The hotel is located in close proximity to the train station. It's very clean and organized. However, you have to request a kettle, water (only 1 filling station at the lobby), body lotion, conditioner etc. You realise all this after reaching your room. Also there is no phone and the reason given was there is no region service. So, after the first day, I got adjusted. If these facts are informed during check in, it will be easier. The room is comfortable, equipped with a coffee machine. There is a tablet in the room which is a nice touch. Staff are generally quite pleasant aana helpful

 The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It’s right across from a tram stop. It was very quiet. It’s really new. The amenities and the rooms were extraordinarily clean. They were very nice. The staff was very friendly. My husband left his coat downstairs New Year’s Eve and came back the next morning and it was there the next day. Very safe and honest people. I would highly recommend this place. And if we go back, we’ll likely stay there again 

The location is good, and the staff are nice. Just a few minor things — there’s no safe box or fridge in the room. The Wi-Fi is free, but it has no password and the connection is a bit weak. Also, during my stay, the bathroom drain wasn’t cleaned properly and became clogged with hair. Overall, though, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We have a international flight at 10am and they are so kind to allow us to have our breakfast before 630am. So grateful for the kitchen staff. The room is slightly smaller than the previous one we stay, but it's alright. Heater in the room is working fine. Location is spectacularly convenient right opposite the train station. Will definitely come back

Pretty nice! Pro: - The staff are really nice, they give so many information about restaurant or event on that day. (They even write the event name and time on the paper to let us know the information) , love the attitude - room is big - location is near to central station, and other public transport like tram, bus Cons: Location is a bit far away from the Vienna city centre, need to walk by 40 minutes to city centre (u can take public transport if u like)

I booked from Thailand through the app to stay with my family. The room is very clean, the location is very good. Even though there is no receptionist, if we have a problem, the staff responds quickly and helps very well. Thank you very much.

The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and easy to find. It’s close to bus stops and underground stations, making it ideal for getting around. Situated in a busy area, it can be a bit noisy at night, but closing the windows helps reduce the sound. A fan was provided, which was especially appreciated given the warm weather. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided daily as well without having to request for it which was impressive and the breakfast offered a good variety of options.

Excellent hotel for its price. I was positively surprised that even breakfast was included! And it was delicious- eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt, desserts, fruit, even cacao! Staff was very friendly, room quite clean & enough for 1 person. No problems with hot water. Stable wifi. Shower gel & shampoo provided, but not of high quality, I preferred to use mine. Unfortunately, no water of tea pot available for free at the hotel, but near reception you can find a coffee machine for 2 eur drink. Also you can order a teapot for 5 eur in your room. It was quite calm in the hotel, though I could hear voices from the nearest room. There was a problem with the safe: it was locked when I arrived, the personnel could open it at first, because there were no keys. In the evening they opened it, then I just closed the door to put my code, but it turned out to be closed again...and I didn't know the code, of course. So I didn't use it. But it would be better if you have an updated instruction how to use it, current is not valid. Though the staff told me I could leave smth at the reception if I would like. The district is great - shops, cafés just around the corner. 5 mins walk to the nearest metro station, 15 mins to Rathaus. I easily got to the city center by foot.

It's OK place to stay a night or 2, would be good if I could apply for car parking at the time of booking because I didn't see the option. Bus and Tram stations are right there and Metro is 6-7min walk from the hotel. Room was clean and staff was really helpful. I can recommend.
