"I had a very good experience at this hotel. The room and overall environment were exceptionally clean, which really stood out and made the stay feel comfortable and pleasant.
The staff were friendly and professional, and the service overall was great. I also appreciated the free parking — that’s always a big plus.
The hotel offers a laundry service, which I used. It costs extra, but it was convenient and worked well. There was a swimming pool available, though unfortunately it was too cold to use during winter — something to keep in mind if you're visiting in colder months.
Overall, it was a very good stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"We booked this 3 star hotel in Adelaide purely for its location close to an event we were attending. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find the lift was out of order. Thankfully, a second lift was operational but only with the down button, but it wasn’t the most welcoming start.
Check in was handled by friendly staff who offered a warm smile, though nothing beyond the basics in terms of service.
Once we reached our room on the 5th floor, it was hard to ignore the issues: part of the ceiling was missing and the carpets were noticeably dirty. While the room itself was functional, the bed felt more like a slab of timber than a mattress definitely not made for comfort.
We left our bag and headed out, but I couldn’t shake the uneasy feeling the hotel gave me. Ultimately, we made the decision not to stay overnight and returned later to collect our bag and check out.
This may be a suitable spot for some travellers who prioritise location above all else, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the right fit for us."

Great location - walk to Marina, Beachhouse & Jetty Road.
Now if the Watermark did Buffet breakfast as well - perfect!"

A warm atmosphere with some ”Art Deco” elements.

GGästanvändareI had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable.
One of the highlights was the heated swimming pool — a really nice touch that added to the experience. What stood out the most, though, was the service. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Her attitude made a big difference and left a very positive impression.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I’d be happy to come back again.

The area's character is gritty but authentic. While the immediate hotel dining is unremarkable, the culinary upside is concentrated nearby. Specifically, Seoul Express on Hindley Street provides high-quality Korean fare that serves as a necessary antidote to standard hotel catering. Stay here for the operational efficiency; look elsewhere if you require aesthetic inspiration.

TTracy McCourtI have stay at the Links hotel quite often without any issues, but this time was different. I booked through a booking website for 2 adults and 3 children, for 2 nights. First night was ok, came back 2nd day after going out for a while, aircon had been turned off, cleaners came in when we asked them not to, made 2 beds and left the double bed, didn’t clean anything at all and only left 2 towels.
When I questioned the receptionist she said I only booked for 2 people for the 2nd night. And she was quite rude , yet I had confirmation on my phone otherwise. The booking company sent thru only 2 people for 2nd night. They got it wrong and I had no apology from her or any explanation of why the room was “cleaned “ like that . I’m not happy about it and doubt I’ll stay there again! 😡

GGästanvändareThe motel is located near ”King William Rd” where you can find shops, cafés and restaurant so pretty nice and the bus for the city center is at the corner so pretty good overall. I only had to ask twice to open the laundry to pick up my stuff because it was closed after 6pm and i came at 6.10pm, the reception didn't want it at first even if it took 30 sec.

I do enjoy the stay given the price of it, it's acceptable.
However, 2 light bulbs not working in the room, we let the staff know, and the staff only say: sorry, I couldn't change the light bulb, maintenance staff is working tomorrow only. I do understand that, but, maybe he could go and check if there is any room available for us to be moved to instead of just leaving the room like that.

화장실은 너무 별로였다. 조금 찝찝한 느낌의 모텔.
돈 아낄 사람은 여기 추천. 돈이 좀 있다면 다른 모텔 가시길
주차시설은 모텔내에 있지만 간격이 너무 좁다.
수영장은 나름 깨끗했다.
