"Close to CBD, and easy to take neighboring free buses. The building is a little of age. People are nice both in the front desk and service sector.
One thing I do not understand is that the genitor knocked my door every morning before 9, just to ensure if I need my room clean.
The food was good at the lobby restaurant. I had salmon dish."

"Affordable pricing with 5-star services. The room is very clean as they clean the room throughly everyday. They also have powerful hair-dryers. Excellent location. 10-min walk to Perth Station, 5-min to Woolsworth, and 2-min walk to Chemist Warehouse. Appreciate the little card and chocolates that they prepared for me.
Highly recommended for solo traveller, but the room may be squeezy for 2 pax and there is only one power point.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay!"

"The room was OK, but considering the cost, over £200 per night for what is basically a Travel Lodge by UK standards, I expected it to be a lot better.
The bed was comfortable, fixtures and fittings utensils etc.. were basic.
Unfortunately we had to change rooms as the TV is all internet based and it was not possible to watch anything in the 1st room as the internet was so bad, we heard others complain about poor internet as well. Unfortunately in the 2nd room, the to programmes we watched did buffer quite a lot as the internet signal was very up and down."

"Приехали к отелю и поцеловали замок, хорошо,что на двери был звонок и нам на него ответили и не надо было звонить с телефона, так как у нас не было местной симки. Но все равно с нашим английским было немного не комфортно при заселении. Но сам отель красивый и очень уютный. Номер огромный. Завтрак вкусный. Ещё неприятность - при выселении надо было доплатит 45 баксов"

"The accommodation was adequate and very clean. The only thing that was wrong was the extractor fan in the shower area made a really loud high pitched noise and so couldn't be used. But, the staff were all super friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to and from the airport was easy to organise and very efficient. Would definitely reccomend this as a place to stay."

We arrived earlier than the timing that we gave David but the room was already cleaned and available to check in. (Super early) Breakfast for the following day was already served in our room.
Overall, the room was nice and clean.
We love the bathroom (ambience) as its back (wall) was facing the setting sun.
The WIFI and the mobile network were a little weak in that area.
Appreciate the early morning shuttle to the airport too.
** There's a Woolworth within short walking distance. It's a surprise to us as we didn't read there was one online.

This is the 3rd time here. Such a warm and friendly place. The facilities are awesome. From the outdoor pool, hot tub, shower, bbq area and bar, to the movie theatre, large kitchen, and pool table.
This was my family’s first time visiting. They loved it and said they’d be back for sure!!!

Nice and easy, for what you pay it should be better,
Many restaurants around, no water in the room, also a very early check out of 10am …
If staying on weekends there will be noise from downstairs band in the bar ..

One of the sure confirm places to see a kangaroo skippking in the morning. The surrounding is very quiet and amazing for a quiet getaway. There is a restaurant onsite and just a perfect hideout. The place could however use some solar lights at night especially along the walk ways. It is very dark and you need to depend on your carlights if you arrive after sundown.

Just returned home after a very enjoyable stay at the Swan Valley Hotel. Rooms were beautiful and close to each other. Mini golf was a blast with the kids, such fun. A drink afterwards in the bar whilst kids played in the park, such an enjoyable stay.

We loved the early check-in after a long flight. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast was left to the imagination. We have stayed at many IBIS hotels with fabulous breakfast options. This one was pretty much toast and cereal and long-life milk. There was no fruit, yogurt, etc. Th butter was super old - dare I say it was old. Very disappointing.

Даже не знаю почему выбрал этот отель. Персонал приятный. Номер в целом тоже приятный. Общая ванная комната на весь блок и она грязная. Я путешествую без багажа и у меня не было тапочек. Пришлось ходить босиком чтобы помыться. Поблизости очень мало заведений и нет магазинов, так что воду покупать я пошел в пиццерию. Утром уже не стал пытаться принять душ, рискую получить грибок

If you like old scary room.. this hotel will suit you. Stay just couple hours for sleep before we head to airport, the location to get to our room is so dirty and dark. You need to give $200 for deposit, which for me is bit to much when the condition of room all already break out. We like the location of this hotel cause close to airport. Staff also friendly when process our check in. Overall is budget hotel what u pay what u get. Is only for lay and streght our body after long drive before we head up to airport. Will not coming back there for us. Kids not really impress.

일단 우리 일정과 다른 날에 예약 잡힌 것에 대해 취소 해줄 수 있냐 했는데 절대 취소를 안 해줌 이 숙소는 이 점을 고치면 좋을 것 같음
하우스키퍼는 매일 아침마다 와서 청소를 해주고 수건은 말해야 줌 ㅇㅇ 취소가 안되서 우리가 원하지 않는 일정에 가서 굉장히 화가 났지만 막상 가보니 다른 리뷰들처럼 나쁘지 않았음 친구가 퍼스에 살아서 호주는 보통 식당에서 먹으먼 비싸니 고기와 술을 사서 숙소에서 친구랑 만들어 먹었는데 이 점은 굉장히 좋았음 아 하지만 숙서에 고기를 자를 도구가 없어서 거기 았던 플라스틱 1회용 킬로 자름 가위라도 준비해주먼 좋겠음
결론: 생각보다 나쁘지 않았음 일주일 여행 왔는데 3박 4일을 여기서 싼 가격으로 보내서 남은 일들은 좋은 숙소에서 지냈음 저처럼 친화성 좋은 사람들은 숙소 사람과 대화하고 친해질 수 있을 것임 ㅇㅇ
아 혹시 숙소 예약 하실 분들은 건조하니 물 큰 걸로 사서 들어가세요
