"Affordable pricing with 5-star services. The room is very clean as they clean the room throughly everyday. They also have powerful hair-dryers. Excellent location. 10-min walk to Perth Station, 5-min to Woolsworth, and 2-min walk to Chemist Warehouse. Appreciate the little card and chocolates that they prepared for me.
Highly recommended for solo traveller, but the room may be squeezy for 2 pax and there is only one power point.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay!"

"Close to CBD, and easy to take neighboring free buses. The building is a little of age. People are nice both in the front desk and service sector.
One thing I do not understand is that the genitor knocked my door every morning before 9, just to ensure if I need my room clean.
The food was good at the lobby restaurant. I had salmon dish."

"This is a bouquet hotel, not very fancy but with all the essentials you need. Room is cozy and clean.
Just to remind everyone that the address of the hotel is #30, not #32. I was struggling to check in #32 on the night until I found it was actually #30 on that street.
Front desk staff was friendly and accommodated me a late check out.
Worth the money paid."

"The hotel service was top notched and very professional for a 3star rating. The staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. I had to travel early and deposited 2 bags at the counter. They had it sent to my room prior to my arrival as I had arrived late for the check in. The rooms were very clean, no funny smells and the linen were sparkling. Definite good recommendation for good prices."

A great place for a short or even long term stay."

"The room was OK, but considering the cost, over £200 per night for what is basically a Travel Lodge by UK standards, I expected it to be a lot better.
The bed was comfortable, fixtures and fittings utensils etc.. were basic.
Unfortunately we had to change rooms as the TV is all internet based and it was not possible to watch anything in the 1st room as the internet was so bad, we heard others complain about poor internet as well. Unfortunately in the 2nd room, the to programmes we watched did buffer quite a lot as the internet signal was very up and down."

AAnn Westerink 22This is the 3rd time here. Such a warm and friendly place. The facilities are awesome. From the outdoor pool, hot tub, shower, bbq area and bar, to the movie theatre, large kitchen, and pool table.
This was my family’s first time visiting. They loved it and said they’d be back for sure!!!

GGästanvändareThe accommodation was adequate and very clean. The only thing that was wrong was the extractor fan in the shower area made a really loud high pitched noise and so couldn't be used. But, the staff were all super friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to and from the airport was easy to organise and very efficient. Would definitely reccomend this as a place to stay.

The location of the motel was a huge advantage when it came to transportation, and its closeness to the central business district gave us opportunities to explore Perth with ease. The rooms were well furnished with appliances and amenities, and were very sanitary and clean. The staff took initiative to help us, whether it be with sightseeing recommendations, detailed directions or just to engage in pleasant conversation. They were very friendly and helpful. Our stay in Perth went incredibly smoothly, and I'd highly recommend this motel.

PPriya24One of the sure confirm places to see a kangaroo skippking in the morning. The surrounding is very quiet and amazing for a quiet getaway. There is a restaurant onsite and just a perfect hideout. The place could however use some solar lights at night especially along the walk ways. It is very dark and you need to depend on your carlights if you arrive after sundown.

GGästanvändareJust returned home after a very enjoyable stay at the Swan Valley Hotel. Rooms were beautiful and close to each other. Mini golf was a blast with the kids, such fun. A drink afterwards in the bar whilst kids played in the park, such an enjoyable stay.

AAnn Westerink 22We loved the early check-in after a long flight. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast was left to the imagination. We have stayed at many IBIS hotels with fabulous breakfast options. This one was pretty much toast and cereal and long-life milk. There was no fruit, yogurt, etc. Th butter was super old - dare I say it was old. Very disappointing.

Я путешествую без багажа и у меня не было тапочек. Пришлось ходить босиком чтобы помыться. Поблизости очень мало заведений и нет магазинов, так что воду покупать я пошел в пиццерию. Утром уже не стал пытаться принять душ, рискую получить грибок

WWenyNgIf you like old scary room.. this hotel will suit you. Stay just couple hours for sleep before we head to airport, the location to get to our room is so dirty and dark. You need to give $200 for deposit, which for me is bit to much when the condition of room all already break out. We like the location of this hotel cause close to airport. Staff also friendly when process our check in. Overall is budget hotel what u pay what u get. Is only for lay and streght our body after long drive before we head up to airport. Will not coming back there for us. Kids not really impress.
