Great location near tourist attraction. About 10 minutes walk to Brussels Central Train Station. There is a Carrefour express just opposite the building (30 seconds walk), so it's really convenient. The room is exactly as advertised, clean and tidy. The kitchen has all the cooking amenities, and there is AC in the room, perfect for summer time! There are homeless people on the benches in front of the building, but the building is always locked. You have to use your room key to get in, so it's safe. There is also paid laundry service in the apartment hotel, and a lounge area. Overall, it's a wonderful stay! Would definitely stay here again if we're visiting Brussels.

It is really an amazing hotel . Location is perfect and almost all attractions can be reached on foot . Rooms are clean and beds are so soft. You also can find some toiletries (that is actually good because some hotels don’t have it ) .Breakfast was so delicious, and actually quite big choice of different dishes. In the evening you actually don’t need to look for some restaurant or the bar because you can already find it on the first floor of hotel ( but if course it’s quite in room so no worries). Definitely will return to this hotel .

I had an excellent short stay at the B&B Hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast with yogurts, eggs, croissants and some vegetables, clean room and coffee facilities at the end of the hall on every floor. The mattress are quite firm (I say this having and extra firm mattress at home). The doors slam shut if not guided, so you might want to arm yourself with some earplugs against potential inconsiderate neighbours. I recommend staying here if you want to be in the quiet Ixelles area.

Great Stay at Alma Hotel – Perfect Location and Friendly Service It was my first time in Brussels, so I was looking for a hotel in a convenient location — and Alma Grand Place Hotel turned out to be the perfect choice. It’s just a short walk from Grand Place, surrounded by restaurants and many popular attractions. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Ms. Alejandra was especially friendly and helpful. She took the time to recommend great local restaurants and patiently helped us find more places to explore during our stay. The breakfast was also very good, offering a nice start to each day. Overall, I’m very happy we chose Alma Hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Brussels for the first time.

The hotel was very easy to find and well located as it was close to the metro station. The surrounding area was also very safe. The staff were very accommodating and allowed for early check-in. The availability of the rooms was very fast. They also noted my special requests, which I appreciated. The room was very spacious and matched the description. Good amenities such as mini fridge, cutlery/crockery, bathroom equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Also came with a tv. There was a breakfast option for €16 a day, but I chose to take advantage of the local cafes in the area. Also be aware there is no cleaning service as its sort of a studio system so you have to keep the room clean. I would have appreciate a little broom or dustpan so I could clean the floors a bit but not that big of an issue. The neighbours were very nice, no loud noises made it easy to sleep at night. The whole booking, check-in, and check out process was very easy with the key card system. The hotel was very modern, with some seating area downstairs and vending machines for snacks. It's also where breakfast was served. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend to all.

I received an invoice by email on the morning of my departure, which indicated I had been charged twice for breakfast, once at the time of booking and once on arrival (which I questioned as I believed I had requested this when booking, but I was told not, so I paid). Despite this, on the second and last day of my stay I was refused admission to the restaurant for breakfast as I was not on the list, even though my keycard (see photo) clearly stated I was registered. Reception could find no record of my payment! It was only when I confronted them with the emailed invoice that they provided me with a voucher. The delay in sorting this out - compounded by one elevator being out of service during my stay, and the one remaining struggling to cope with demand (see second photo) - left me with insufficient time to eat much. Trying to sort the matter out afterwards with the hotel management was a frustrating process. Great location and clean room, let down by lousy administration.

Just a place you need in the heart of the city that’s cheap for 1 night. Could have done with a bit more of a clean but it was quiet, dark and just what we needed for a night stay. There was construction going on next door but that didn’t really affect us. The team were accommodating. My only bug was having to pay €5 for luggage storage after staying there for a couple hours but I suppose the hotel was cheap enough. The food location right next door (My Tannour - Wolf) was fantastic!

Hotel staff are highly responsive and courteous. Hotel located within easy walking distance of the train station. Plenty of nearby restaurants. One of the best breakfast fare ever experienced at a hotel. Terrific variety of food availability--top notch! The only negative is the facility does not have a workout room.

Hotellet har ett utmärkt läge mindre än en minuts promenad till Grand Place. Mitt rum var inte perfekt (209) toaletten fortsatte att göra ett väsande ljud hela tiden tills jag stängde av vattnet. Duschen hade också mycket svagt tryck. Rummet har en dörr som leder ut till en takterrass vilket är bra men det gör alla andra rum på den våningen så jag kunde inte lämna det öppet på natten eftersom jag inte kände mig säker och rummet har inget fönster för att öppen. Frukosten på morgonen var mycket bra bara några små problem med mitt rum men resten av hotellet var bra.

The minor details of the lobby and room were decadent. My room was so colorful and full of character. My window was right above the major pedestrian street, so it loud constantly, and the street light illuminates brightly right outside my window. The building is old so they’re were some small legged creatures in my bathroom. The tv didn’t work and I’ll never understand a hotel bathroom with no hooks to hang your towel.
