"Mural Living has the best hotel breakfast I had the whole time we were in Brazil. It has a youth hostel feel, but large private rooms for a decent price. We stayed one night before departing for our Amazon adventure and slept well in the beds. In the afternoon we visited the square and theatre, and took a boat to see the two rivers meet - all walking distance from the hostel. There is a nice Italian-style restaurant nearby that also does good Amazonas food and seems popular with the locals."

"Excellent value. The breakfast is the strongest point by far with a solid array of foods, drinks and nibbles. The room was a decent size with AC and TV. The water pressure was great and was of course hot. Soaps and towels provided, though there was no hairdryer. However, the room did contain a large fridge and full mirror. The only real negative is the WiFi. It basically doesn't work enough to load more than a Google page. The speed test showed between 3-6 megabytes per second throughout the hotel, so no online video calls I'm afraid. That said, for the price paid, one can't complain. The value is exceptional. Note that the fitness centre contains very old mostly broken equipment, though the pool looks nice enough."

"Poxa, da até preguiça de avaliar. Solicitei um quarto com vista para a cidade, não é pedir demais né. Pois não tive. A chave da porta ficou presa, acionamos a recepção que informou a manutenção; mais de meia hora e nada. (Viajo para tratamento médico); fiquei sentada no chão por mais de meia hora. Até que forneceram outro quarto. Sem água quente. A área do vaso sanitário alagava toda vez que usávamos o chuveirinho (de forma correta); foi difícil viu. Já tinha me hospedado lá antes e tive outra experiência totalmente diferente."

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Tryp by Wyndham, Manaus. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and warmth of the staff made us feel very welcome. A special mention goes to F&B Manager Sidvan, who went above and beyond to ensure I had delicious vegetarian options throughout my stay. His kindness and attention made dining such a pleasant experience. At the front desk, Mr. Tharlison deserves our deepest gratitude. We were struggling to purchase luggage for our airline booking due to the Portuguese-only system, and he spent hours patiently assisting us until everything was sorted. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed us. We also greatly appreciated Mr. Daniel, who was consistently kind and hospitable, as well as the entire front desk team, who were always cheerful, welcoming, and ready to assist. All these thoughtful gestures and genuine care made our holiday in Manaus extra special. "O critério de limpeza surpreendeu pelo bom padrão apresentado. Café da manhã muito bom. Meu quarto foi Duplo de Luxo, nesse sentido parece-me que o ”de luxo” é devido ao tamanho de 33m2, pois no geral é um quarto simples, com ”arara” para pendurar as roupas. A parede onde fica instalado o ar condicionado estava com partes descascadas, demandando manutenção, bem como na parte inferior da janela também havia parte da pintura danificada. Sou muito criterioso no padrão limpeza, assim que nesse item o grau de limpeza do apto estava muito bom, porém requer fazer serviço de emassamento e pintura nas áreas das paredes que mencionei acima. Um aspecto que causou surpresa foi o fato de ao chegar no check in, às 13h do dia 13 FEV 24, não haver o serviço de levar as malas para o quarto. Chegamos, eu e esposa, com 5 malas, solicitei apoio para colocá-las no carrinho, mas não tinha esse serviço disponível, sendo-me disponibilizado o ”carrinho” para que eu mesmo carrega-se as malas até o quarto. Achei estranho isso por que é habitual nos hotéis rede Atlântica ter o serviço de maleiro. Solicitei check in antecipado e me foi concedido. No geral a hospedagem no Sleep Inn Manaus foi uma boa surpresa, em especial pelo critério de limpeza e Café da manhã e também pelo bom atendimento prestado pelos colaboradores com quem tive contato desde a recepção até a cozinha. Peço ao gestor do Hotel Sleep Inn Manaus observar os detalhes mencionados na parede do ar condicionado e abaixo da janela (quarto 709). Muito obrigado!"
