The master bedroom has a King size bed and the second room has two Single beds which can be put together to form a King size bed if desired. The living area comfortable furniture, with pull out sofa bed, smart TV -including Cable for sports fans. For those who want to cook the unit is complete with a fully equipped, updated kitchen and an outdoor grill (propane is provided). Groceries are readily accessible with a grocery store a ten minute walk away for your basic necessities and for a more elaborate selection; the Fresh Mart is a quick taxi ride to the other side of the bridge or you can use the online grocery delivery service. To eat out - there are many restaurants within walking distance. It is located on Paradise Island and not Nassau, in The Bahamas. What distinguishes it from the neighbouring Sunrise Villas is the fact that you have your own private pool and courtyard. It is not a hotel/resort environment. You can truly shut out the world which awaits you just beyond your doorstep. Your villa comfortably sleeps 5 to 6 people.
