"It was so thoughtful of them to give my dog a welcome kit — he absolutely loved it! The hotel is clean, the room is spacious, and the front desk staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. At under $100 for a Sunday night, it’s definitely a great value."

"Besides the location, there is nothing that I enjoyed about my stay. The bed is uneven and lumpy, making it hard to fall asleep. The kettle and hair dryer are super old and hard to turn on. Cleaning team cleared up bath mat and forgot to replace it, let alone there was still hair after room cleaning. Some staff are friendly, but the reception is literally always so busy you’d have to line up to talk to them."

"The bed was much too hard. The air conditioning unit kept switching itself from warm to freezing even though I had it on the heat-only setting. The housekeeping team tried to come in and clean my room 45mins before I was scheduled to check-out. Then my keycard was deactivated 10 minutes before checkout time so I was locked out when I returned from breakfast and had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. The first lady at reception said she’d reactivated my keycard, so I went back upstairs and was still locked out, and the elevator was far too slow and I didn’t want to get penalised for checking out late, so I had to walk down the stairs (which were very difficult to find!) then a second lady gave me a different, new keycard to get back into my room, then I had to walk back up the stairs again and was finally able to get my luggage and check out. Overall it was a pretty bad experience."

"This is the 2nd time I booked this hotel residence the first time March last year without a online booking then I booked through tthrough this year January 30 to February 3rd , I booked this hotel because it's been good service the first time I booked here and I had both times had good service. The hotel is a good location as it has bus service to downtown and southcentre that stops at chinook #10 & 15 + the Red line to somerset and Tuscany with easy transfer to the other lrt line blue line to saaddletown and 69st west end. I only used my hotel to relax and sleep other then that I was exploring and visiting family and friends. The front desk and cleaning staff was amazing 👏. The next time I vacation to Calgary expect a booking from this guy for a 3rd time."

"Overall good experience, very convenient location and close to Airport, I am not sure about Hotel breakfast policy but they should consider keeping Egg Cheese Omelet separate from other meats i.e. Pork etc. Since some people have dietary need like myself and my family so we have no other options then to visit Tim Hortons or other place for breakfast although we have paid for the breakfast. I asked the same question with the reception guy but they were unaware so we have to wait until breakfast time for answers which is NO."

"Great hotel unfortunately location is very close to homeless **** rehabilitation type services with a lot of people in close proximity to the hotel clearly high and laying homeless in the street. Hotel has a great gym and cheap car park over the road."

"Really nice clean hotel, we had a king bed suite with a nice kitchenette with a microwave,fridge and nespresso coffee machine and pods!!! Was a great stay. Breakfast was amazing. Only downside was they dont have underground or their own parking so we parked on a paid parking lot a block away but only cost us $8/day. Definitely one of the better hotels we've stayed at. Would recommend 👍🏻"

What really stood out was the shuttle service—punctual, convenient, and such a stress-free way to get around. It made my trip much smoother.
