"Hotellet behöver enorma förbättringar. Rummet hade gamla möbler och ganska fläckiga tyger. Vattnet var tvunget att rinna i minst 20 minuter innan man fick varmt vatten.
Listan är lång, men det värsta av allt är 25 dollar för parkering per dag som man tar ut utöver rumsavgiften. När jag var där i tre dagar såg jag parkering så lågt som 5 dollar per dag. Jag kommer aldrig att gå tillbaka och inte heller rekommendera det här stället till någon av mina vänner."

"Highly recommend staying at this Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The heart shaped tub was amazing. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of it in the morning. The location is prime - we were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to see in the area. The staff was extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying here again."

"I recently stayed at the Courtyard Niagara Falls and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a perfect location—just a short walk to the falls, Clifton Hill, and plenty of great restaurants.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to answer questions or give local recommendations.
The facilities were excellent, including a nice pool and well-equipped fitness area. Parking was convenient, and check-in/check-out were quick and easy.
Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay if you’re visiting Niagara Falls. I’ll definitely be coming back!"

"Great location and good value for the money. The staff are friendly. The room layout and furniture are a bit outdated. The newly renovated bathroom is great. However, the parking fee ($45+tax per day) is quite expensive."

"Overall, I’m satisfied. The location is a bit disappointing, and it’s too far to walk to Niagara Falls. The facilities are a little old, but the staff were friendly, and the swimming pool would be great for kids. The breakfast was excellent. I had always eaten buffet-style meals before, but this was my first time having à la carte, and everything was satisfying!"

"I stayed on the 20th floor in a premium Fallsview room with two queen beds. The view was amazing, but since it’s winter, the window was frozen, so I couldn’t really see much in the morning. I think it’s better to check the weather before booking. Still, the night view was great, so I enjoyed it overall."

CCindyTsangI love staying at this hotel. Spacious and clean. I booked this hotel at the last minute, and the hotel sent me the confirmation email right after the booking was confirmed. Everything is new and comfortable to use. Modern design of kitchenware and great support and king mattress. Quiet air conditioning, laundry room at the basement. Both the mirror areas were so dim, not good for make-up, so does the whole area. Knifes were rusty, pans and pots were scratched and dirty, and stains in e-kettle. No counter space for makeup bag. Very big parking lot outside the hotel. Weak water pressure. No racks for shower stuff and clothes and towels. Nevertheless, this is the best hotel in Niagara compared to those famous brand hotel but in the old, small and bad condition.

GGästanvändareThis was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

JJoyful SoloI recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient—just an 8-minute walk from the station and a 7-minute drive to downtown and the Falls.
The room was spacious but quite dated, with older cabinets, carpets, towels, and common areas like the lobby and elevators. However, the hotel was clean, which made up for the aging facilities.
The room had a coffee machine, but there was no water kettle, bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers provided.
The reception staff were polite and friendly, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room rate was very affordable, and it included a buffet breakfast with hot food, which was a nice bonus.
Overall, despite the dated appearance, the value for money and cleanliness make it a solid option for budget-conscious travelers. No major complaints.

LLK YauThe check-in experience was smooth, thanks to Samantha at the reception who provided clear and helpful information. I appreciated being assigned a room that matched my preference—away from the lift. We had a brief stay at the room for dropping the luggage before heading out to explore around. I noticed some cleanliness issues upon entering the room after the fireworks show, particularly hair on the floor at the entrance and in the washroom, which made me question if it had been properly cleaned beforehand. I informed the front desk about the issue in the next morning. Thankfully, Satveer promptly addressed the issue while I was out, and I returned to a much cleaner room. The bed and pillows were ideally firm—just what we needed for a good night’s rest. One downside was the loud noise from the air conditioner, which affected the overall comfort slightly.

GGästanvändareThe hotel really needs to listen to its reviews. Most people have really damned them for being a dirty stinky cesspit of a venue but actually it is pretty amazing. Very smart foyer, lovely warm and cosy rooms and an amazing location. However, the internet is SUCKY away from the foyer - I had to talk with reception and a support tech person to explain that the internet was bad in the room and it was turned around to seem like I was wrong. Get more routers in, it’s not that difficult. Also, breakfast MUST INCLUDE healthy options. There is not a fruit or vegetable in sight. If you don’t count the options of raspberry or strawberry yoghurts.
Personally, I think the hotel should rethink their pricing strategy. It is far too affordable; and breakfast (with fruit and veg) should be an upsell option. You have the location! You have an amazing swimming pool and hot tub! You even have top quality toiletries! I would have paid twice the rate without breakfast, which most properties in the area are doing.
Sorry for my rant but I know the hotel should and can do better.

GGästanvändareThe receptionist was not very welcoming. We got a room we did not request. She just talked and kind of raised her tone to point out why we were not getting the room we selected. She didn’t like the fact we questioned it. I’m pretty sure she then picked the worse room in the hotel for us.
Room is marginally clean, we immediately checked for bed bugs.
You can’t access the pool without staff. Weird. Hotel key should get you anywhere guests are allowed.
Walls are dated, floors are updated.
Not the best. I try her hotels are better at this price point.

TTati11We stayed for just one night upon our arrival from Toronto, as we were unable to secure additional days at another hotel. The room was spacious, featuring two queen beds and effective air conditioning. The bathroom was also roomy and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast offered a good selection with self-service options and standard choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.
